What is the strangest thing you have ever seen?

The most wonderful things I have ever seen are all given to me by my counselor. Every university has counselors. Unlike the head teacher in high school, the counselor doesn't necessarily teach you, and you don't meet for a semester. They usually do some management work for college students to ensure their life at school.

The inspection system of counselors' dormitory in our university is wonderful. The quilt on the bed in the university dormitory needs to be neat, and no one is allowed. Then nothing is allowed on the table, books are not allowed on the bookshelf, and even garbage is not allowed in the trash can. This is the first thing that shocked me when I went to college. I don't even know what these things mean. Just let it go?

Counselors don't allow students to take time off at will. The school sports meeting lasts about three or four days every year. At this time, some students will take the opportunity to go out to play, so the school regulations do not allow leave. Our counselors are not allowed to take time off to attend the weddings and funerals in the group. At this time, the old man of a classmate in our class was ill and looked very critical, so he called the counselor for leave, and the counselor refused. However, this classmate was very anxious and skipped class and went back. When he came back, our counselor flew into a rage and asked him to stop two courses and had to make up the exam. Isn't it wonderful? In fact, in this case, the counselor can be flexible and let the students contact their parents by phone, but he insists on not asking for leave.

However, the above is just my counselor. Many counselors are not like this. They are serious and responsible, care about students and abide by professional norms. These excellent college counselors have truly become close brothers and sisters of college students, helping them graduate smoothly and move towards a broader life path. Although some counselors in colleges and universities still engage in misconduct, they are a minority after all. So college students don't have to worry at all. Your academic and career planning depends on your own efforts. University only has four years of prime time, so make good use of it!
