How can newcomers avoid being bullied in the workplace?

Do your job well and don’t interfere with other things at will

The reason why many people are easy to get angry is because they have just arrived in the workplace and out of curiosity, they inquire about things, or criticize others. The old employees were disgusted and deliberately made things difficult for them by interfering in their affairs. When we enter a new team, we should do our job well and not worry about anything else. We are evaluated by our work ability and ability to do things, and we should improve ourselves in these two aspects.

Enhance your own abilities

Anywhere, only the "strong" will not be "bullied". We must build ourselves into an elite force through our own efforts. The backbone force is always the most valued in the company. When we become the backbone force, we will naturally be at ease.

Dare to say “no”

We must dare to say no to unreasonable demands outside of work. For example, unreasonable demands such as asking old employees to buy food without giving them money are beyond the scope of normal mutual assistance. Or it may be that you are unable to complete your duties outside of your job responsibilities, and it is not the leadership's coordination but the unreasonable demands of other senior employees asking you to stop what you are doing to "help." We all need to learn to say no to these things. Refusal is also an art and a form of self-protection.
