Actually, it's right to think about it. We can't see the darkness, how can we feel the warmth of the light? Only by facing up to the darkness can we have more courage to pursue the light.

However, after careful observation, the three films are quite different. Compared with my two favorite movies, The Giant Buddha Plath and Blood Guanyin, the whole movie of The Giant Buddha Plath is shrouded in helpless darkness and full of a sense of powerlessness in the face of fate. But Blood Guanyin reminds us all the time that if we want to survive in this dark world, we must have a dark heart. Do you think Blood Guanyin is more horrible?

Guanyin Bodhisattva (Sanskrit: Avalokitesvara with a Thousand Hands? Vara), Guanyin is Kumarajiva's old translation name, Xuanzang's new translation name is Guan Zi, and China is called Guanyin for short.

Coincidentally, Blood Guanyin takes Guanyin Bodhisattva as the symbolic language of the film, which hides a universal silent metaphor.

The image of Guanyin in the play is presented everywhere by Mrs. Tang as a beautiful symbol. Coincidentally, everyone who gets the image of Guanyin has gained unspeakable bad luck, which is the first metaphor of blood Guanyin. Daughter Tang Ning has become Mrs. Tang's emotional bargaining chip. In an objective sense, she is another figurative Guanyin statue. Mrs. Tang turned her hands to cover the rain and set a confusing overall situation. In fact, it is just the "white gloves" of high-level people. From this perspective, perhaps Mrs. Tang is just another Guanyin in the hands of others; In Tang Zhen's eyes, this cold, changeable, mysterious, powerful and dark mother (in fact, her real identity is grandma) is also the blood Guanyin that Tang Zhen worships and hates in her blackened heart.

But even if the whole family is blood Guanyin? Guanyin Bodhisattva looked on coldly at all the sufferings in the world. She wants to transcend the secular world and achieve bliss, not the realm that can be achieved by reciting the Heart Sutra and a death spell. In fact, in the eyes of Bodhisattva, isn't it a joke that the world is looking for it in the dark and doing whatever it takes to achieve its goal?

So there are no good people in the film.

Needless to say, three generations of Tang family and grandchildren, dignitaries are all kind and evil, and even the seemingly wonderful relationship between rich girls and poor boys is a dirty and eye-catching relationship. Is there really no bright place in this world? The director's point of view is undoubtedly very dark, so there is the ending sentence: the most terrible thing in the world is not the immediate punishment, but the future without love.

However, the most terrible thing is that Mrs. Tang has been explaining all this with love. She said to Downing: I am doing it for your own good. She told Mrs. Wang that love is the most important thing in the world.

We don't know if she is hiding herself or really thinks so, but if it is true, her blackened love is really not weaker than normal love, or even stronger, but the stronger it is, the more pathetic it is. In the end, all the people are in this strange circle, and no one can turn out.

So, is Tang Zhen's last choice for dying Mrs. Tang love? Or another kind of love?

Life is not easy, the world is really dark. If we want to live in this dark world and live well, then we must have those dark choices, not only ourselves, but also our families and lovers. We all make these choices in the name of love like Mrs. Tang, but do we really live like individuals in order to "live like individuals"?
