Do you agree that college students' failure to get high salary means failure?

I don't agree, it is more important to realize personal value.

Many people often expect too much from college students, thinking that failing to get a high salary and a good job after graduation means failure. Personally, I disagree with them.

First of all, we should objectively realize that college students are not as scarce as they were 20 or 30 years ago. With the continuous expansion of colleges and universities in recent years, the number of college students and graduates has increased year by year. Therefore, there are fewer and fewer high-paying jobs available to college students in society. For college graduates, if they want to really get a high salary, they often need to have real talents and practical learning, and strive for perfection to achieve it. Not all college students can be tall after graduation. After all, most college students are mediocre, so we can't expect most college students by the standards of a few people.

Secondly, even in some famous universities, college students with excellent quality and ability in all aspects may not be able to find high-paying jobs after graduation, because the current enterprises are also very realistic. In the recruitment process, it is often difficult to judge the actual working ability of a college graduate, so they will not offer high salaries to the recruited college students in the early stage. Only when this college student has made tangible achievements in his job will he gradually raise the salary of this college graduate and let him enjoy high salary. Therefore, it will take some time for college students to prove themselves if they want to get a high salary.

On the other hand, the reason is that for college students, getting a well-paid job is not regarded as a sign of success. In fact, it is more important to find a job that you really like and can realize your life value. If a job is very high for a college student, but it can't give him a sense of identity and accomplishment, then such a job is obviously not suitable for this college student, so we can't take the salary level as a sign of whether a college student is successful or not.
