The dual physical and mental fatigue leads to a high turnover rate of construction site employees, especially fresh graduates, who feel like they have fallen from heaven to hell.

It is not easy in any civil engineering direction in any industry, not just construction. Design overtime work is also very intensive, and it is easy to suffer from various physical diseases such as cervical spondylosis and eye diseases. The owners have to bear the mental pressure from various functional departments. Civil construction is not without its merits. Difficulties exist. You have to believe that things will change slowly. If you can endure it, you will get through it. You will eventually make a breakthrough. Working in construction as a fresh graduate is a physical and mental torture. I can only say that if you choose to work in construction, you must have strong mental endurance and adaptability. Otherwise, it will be difficult for ordinary people to work in a construction company for a long time.
