However, six years later, I am completely disappointed. The feeling that these six years have given me is a word "tired"! Heart tired, spirit tired! I'm beginning to hate the education industry. I can't believe this change! I asked myself more than once: Is this my ideal Shunde?

I don't want to hurt Shunde's image or anyone, but I can't stand it! Some words, you have to say, because I was angered by the education in Longjiang! A teacher made such an analogy: China has two Heilongjiang rivers, one in the north and the other in Longjiang, Shunde!

How dark is Longjiang in Shunde? As can be seen from the following aspects:

First, teachers are poorly paid.

In recent years, the Shunde district government has attached great importance to the treatment of teachers, and the treatment of teachers has indeed been greatly improved. In the past, it was a happy thing to raise wages, but in Longjiang, our teacher was most afraid of raising wages. Teachers are always worried when it comes to raising wages. Why? Because every time the national salary increases, the local salary of teachers will be reduced, even lower than before the salary increase. Do you think teachers can be happy? Can you not worry?

It is understood that the salary of junior high school teachers in longjiang town is the second lowest in the whole region!

Why is Longjiang so low? We believe that:

First, some leaders of the town government do not attach importance to education.

The leader of a town once said on some occasions that teachers now earn more than 2,000 yuan a month, which is not bad, at least much better than factory workers! This is a leader with low quality. How can he compare teachers with workers? What is a teacher? Teachers are intellectuals, talents, messengers of inheriting civilization, people with higher education and national staff! Education is a special industry, education is the foundation of rejuvenating the country, and teachers are the foundation of education revitalization. Only when teachers are well paid can they be safe and happy, education flourish and the country become rich and strong! Doesn't he understand?

The second is the greed and exploitation of the town education group.

I remember when I was studying political economy in high school, the text talked about "how capitalists exploit the working class". At that time, my idea was simple. I have always thought that capitalists are the worst bad guys in the world, and I have always thought that this phenomenon will not happen in socialist countries. I didn't know this would happen to us after working for many years. Is that irony?

How do the leaders of education groups exploit teachers?

1, the salary allocated to teachers in the interception area and under the town. For example, in 2006, the district government increased teachers' salaries 186 yuan (the exact figure is unknown), but the education group said in the salary adjustment notice sent to all primary and secondary schools that teachers in the whole district only increased by 5%. The leaders of the education group have also made a good calculation: 5% will be used as the achievement rate award for the senior high school entrance examination, college entrance examination and sports art award, and the subsidy for teachers' graduate students. Teachers complained before allocating 5% to primary and secondary schools, but he was unwilling and instructed principals to treat this 5% salary "well". So some principals took the opportunity to fish in troubled waters and wanted to profit from it. It is reported that Li Moumou, the headmaster of a middle school in this town, is bold and ignores the rights and interests of teachers, and arbitrarily intercepts teachers' salaries as bonuses for the senior high school entrance examination. After the incident was exposed, teachers were strongly dissatisfied, and they asked their superiors to investigate their tort liability.

3, borrow chickens to lay eggs and enrich yourself. Every year on Teachers' Day and Spring Festival, the district will offer condolences to the teachers in the whole district. Most towns can basically get solatium on time, but longjiang town is the most special one, and it takes more than a month to get it. In addition, since the beginning of this year, teachers' salaries in longjiang town have been delayed, from the 5th of each month to around 18, which has seriously affected teachers' lives and work. Why is this happening? It is said that some leaders take it to the bank to collect interest and put it in their pockets.

The headmaster hitchhiked. Some principals use their authority to embezzle money, and the most common way is to use "quantification" to seek more benefits for themselves and their own people. For example, the workload salary of front-line teachers is between 1400- 1600 yuan, while the workload salary of teachers and temporary workers in logistics general affairs department is between1900-2,200 yuan. This is obviously unfair. Logistics staff and front-line teachers are not at the same level at all. All the work in the school is based on teaching, not logistics. Doesn't he understand this? No wonder a teacher wrote such a doggerel to satirize some principals in longjiang town:

First-class teachers, principals and directors, eating, drinking, whoring and gambling are very romantic;

Second-level teachers have high general affairs and logistics benefits;

Why do some leaders and principals of longjiang town Education Group frequently dare to make a fuss about teachers' salaries? To put it bluntly, I want to profit from it and enrich myself through the so-called "reward teaching"! Because there are more than 1000 teachers in the town, if 3-5% of the salary is deducted from each teacher, then the money is very considerable. No wonder the leaders and general staff of the education group drive to work, even own two apartments, and organize the principals of primary and secondary schools in the town to travel abroad every year. Where did the money come from? A discerning person knows one at a glance. No wonder all the teachers in longjiang town are called Longjiang "Heilongjiang"!

Second, teachers are under great pressure.

To be sure, anyone who does any job will be under pressure. However, we think that teachers in longjiang town are one of the most stressed teachers in the region. When you think about it, there are mainly the following aspects:

First, rank the results and quantify the rewards. Some leaders and principals of longjiang town Education Group, in order to pursue the enrollment rate unilaterally, have formulated a ranking policy for teachers in the whole town, which regards examinations as heroes and ignores the laws of education and teaching. As long as you get good grades in your class, you are a hero and an advanced worker of the year. By the end of the term, your bonus will be more, and you can get more salary from other teachers. And if your class fails in the exam, not only will your salary be less, but school leaders will criticize you at large and small meetings, and even face the situation of job-hopping.

Second, long working hours. I'm afraid no leader has calculated the working hours of Longjiang teachers. But a teacher made a statistic on his working hours in a day:

Third, students are difficult to manage. Nowadays, education is becoming more and more difficult. Most students are only children, spoiled and have many problems, which are difficult to manage. However, in order to get a good grade in the exam, teachers can't ignore it, can't overdo it, and can't punish students. Teachers criticize and educate students for fear of accidents. So in this predicament, the pressure of teachers is self-evident.

In addition, the leaders of some schools, who are nervous, command blindly and don't understand the laws of education and teaching, implement the so-called "weekly exam" and "monthly exam" system, with quizzes on Tuesdays and Mondays and monthly exams. After the exam, they will line up for the teacher immediately. Good grades are easy to say, poor grades are necessary to find the gap and find the reason, and they will be punished.
