Because I am ordinary, I cannot understand some profound and mysterious educational theories; because I am ordinary, I cannot write educational papers citing classics. I am an ordinary teacher. What I can do is to continuously improve my subject literacy through the study of my professional subjects, constantly understand the secrets of growth through interactions with students, and constantly summarize experiences and lessons while exploring and improving teaching methods. .

Be an ordinary teacher and improve yourself. "A good teacher is a teacher, and a person who is upright is a model." Although it does not mean that a teacher must be highly talented and have the virtues of a saint, but as a teacher, he should cultivate his professional education as a "fish" in a pond of knowledge. Study the textbooks carefully, read and listen to books, pay attention to current affairs, broaden your horizons, increase your knowledge, and improve your thinking. I am diligent in writing. When talking about the composition structure, I demonstrate the writing outline. I train students to write water compositions. When studying the novel unit, I create the outline of the novel. I once heard a joke that the slogan within the Kuomintang was "Follow me!" while the slogan within the Communist Party was "Comrades, follow me!" One is to command and the other is to lead! I am willing to be a leading teacher, walking in front of students, and I will do what I ask students to do first! Sharpen and improve yourself in the process!

Be an ordinary teacher and see life. What should educators pursue? I am an ordinary teacher and I love my job.
