This "other task" is very flexible, that is to say, you have to do whatever the leader tells you to do. If you want to readily agree to the "other tasks" arranged by the leader and finish them quickly, the leader will find you next time there is such a task. Then you will be labeled as a "person who can do more work" by the team. Once you put this hat on, it's hard for you to take it off, so you can only try to be a tired, half-dead and thankless old ox. Another advantage of procrastination is not to be an "early bird". You are fast and excellent, and you will show that others are poor. People around you hate gnashing your teeth when they see you like this, and you are still complacent and don't know it!

The so-called "pull" is to open a small gang. You are in the company, you have to draw a group of people around you. Just to curry favor and engage in some nepotism.
