As for the couplets, we have to mention Lun Wenxu. Lun Wenxu was a native of Liyong Village, Shiwan Town Street, Chancheng District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. He was born in the third year of Chenghua (1467) of Emperor Xianzong of the Ming Dynasty. , or the second year of Chenghua (1466), died in the eighth year of Zhengde, Wuzong of the Ming Dynasty. Because of his quick thinking and extreme intelligence, he was called a genius by the world. Lun Wenxu's vernacular poems are easy to understand, catchy and full of Lingnan flavor.

That morning, a country squire suddenly got up and wrote a couplet inspired by Baiyun Mountain: Baiyun Peak, maples on the peak, the maples moved by the wind and the peak remained motionless. After listening to the first couplet, everyone was silent at first, and then whispered among themselves to discuss. At this time, Lun Wenxu happened to be back from selling vegetables. Everyone quickly gathered Lun Wenxu to the seat and asked him to read the second couplet.

After Lun Wenxu listened to everyone talking about the first couplet, he thought a little and came up with the second couplet: Qingshi Road, roadside heron, Ludalu flew away but did not fly.
