What should I do if my mobile phone is locked by malware?

I forgot my phone lock screen password. I suggest you refer to the following:

1. If the pattern/signature unlocking mode is set, you can use the PIN code set when drawing the unlocking pattern/signature to unlock it. Operation:

1). Enter the incorrect unlocking pattern five times, and the prompt message "Please try again in 30 seconds" will be displayed on the screen, and click "OK". Click "Backup PIN" in the lower right corner of the screen, enter the previously set PIN password, and click OK.

2). If it is a signature unlocking method, after entering the wrong signature for five times, a prompt for entering the PIN code will appear on the screen. Enter the previously set PIN, and then click OK.

Tip: The PIN code prompted when unlocking is the backup password set when you set the pattern lock.

If it doesn't work, you forget to back up your PIN code or you don't meet the above requirements, please send the machine to Samsung Service Center, and the after-sales engineer will help you unlock it safely.
