Read the book specifically

First of all, I think you should look for 10 Audio lectures for the 2018 Judicial Examination. Now major tutoring classes have started. I know of Wanguo, Sanxiao, Zhonghe, Haitian, New Oriental (Big Dipper), Law, New Kyushu, etc., I won’t say which one. Okay, I won’t say which one is bad, because I am a poor person and have never gone to school. In addition, what I like is the teacher, not the school. There are recorded courses online. You can go and listen to them yourself. Combined with reading, I think is the best. Many teachers don't just give lectures in one school, just listen to one, and more than one is a waste of time.

1. Every year, the law publishing house will publish three major volumes of the "National Judicial Examination Guidance Book" - *** There are three major volumes, which are for Papers 1, 2, and 3. You must buy this one. It doesn’t matter whether it is genuine or not, but it must be there, because it is the socialist rule of law concept, jurisprudence, constitutional law, and legal history in Volume 1. These four courses are based on the first volume. The questions in Volume 2 are The General Principles of Criminal Law also has high utilization value. (The characteristics of the three major books are that they are numerous and miscellaneous, like textbooks, not like tutorial books, and there is no focus, which seriously violates the 28-20 rule. In addition to the above parts, the remaining parts of the three major books Don’t read it.) Be sure to buy new ones. This year I will buy the ones published in 10 years. I don’t know if the 10-year judicial examination syllabus has been released. Once the syllabus is released, new books will be on the market.

2. Criminal law. As I said above, you need to read the general principles of criminal law in the three major books. You can also look for a tutorial book to read it. Before last year, the books by Yuan Dengming of Wanguo and the three schools were more popular. I have never read Haitian's tutorial book. I feel that I have a good foundation, so I haven't read it. I can't recommend it. You can search it on the judicial examination forum to see what everyone recommends. In addition, there are some differences in the views of the criminal law community. , so there is a big factor in whether the question maker has changed. In short, it is good to follow the question maker. Remember that laying a good foundation yourself is the most critical. Regarding criminal law recordings, others recommend Wan Guohan Youyou. I think his lectures are not as good as the previous ones (personal feeling). Le Yi’s lectures are also good. He has a saying that I still remember very clearly: Judiciary The exam is just a game, and the question maker controls the rules of the game. Since you see it, you have to think according to the question maker's rules. There is also the classic robbery joke "Classmate, what time is it..." Remember there must be laws

3. Criminal Procedure Law, you can find this feeling from Wang Haiyan In the recording, I think he is the best speaker on criminal procedure law (note, there is no one). Of course, others can have different views and self-feelings. What he said is very accurate, and so is Fang Baoguo. He is a good teacher, very funny, and his formulas are also very useful. I have not read any textbooks on criminal procedure law. I just listened to Wang Haiyan’s recording many times. I wrote down the content while listening, and wrote it down casually. Translation of the law, Criminal Procedure Law. There is also the Code of Civil Procedure. Administrative Litigation Law, these three major procedural laws are all very procedural, and 80% of them are based on legal provisions. Although they are clamoring to strengthen theoretical propositions every year, it is actually very difficult. Legal provisions are the basis. After all, only 360 points are required. There are still 240 points that can be deducted. If you are not sure, go to the forum and look for "XX Lectures on Procedural Law". It used to be published by Wanguo. I don't know this year. This book is a combination of Criminal Procedure Law and Civil Procedure Law.

4. Administrative law and administrative litigation. My specific method of learning this is the same as that of criminal procedure law. I only listen to the courseware. Among administrative law teachers, I only recommend Wang Kai. I have passed the judicial examination. That year, I just listened to the recording and looked at the PDF document, and summarized what he said into my own, and then tried to find a way to write it down. Remember, remember. Wang Kai used to be in Wanguo. Last year, there were several schools. I don’t know about his courseware this year.

5. Commercial law, economic law, and many people taking the judicial examination have listened to Zhang Haihai’s audio. Teacher Zhang Haihai’s lectures are quite funny. His formulas are very useful, but I personally feel that the question maker is trying to find ways. The formula for avoiding him, or what is called exam psychology, I used Zhang Haihai's business and intellectual property textbook from the Law Press. I almost turned the book to pieces, but it is worthwhile to work hard on business. Yes, after all, the score is nearly 100. I feel that among the courses taught by Teacher Zhang Haihai, the best one is "Company Law", followed by "Partnership Law", and thirdly Intellectual Property Law. I will not comment on the others. 6. The Law of the Three Kingdoms. I bought two books on the Law of the Three Kingdoms. One is from the three schools. The Law of the Three Kingdoms edited by Yang Fan and the Law of the Three Kingdoms edited by Chun Yuwen published by Legal Publishing House are both good. Chun Yuwen’s book summarizes almost all the knowledge points of the Law of the Three Kingdoms in the form of tables. In my final stage Just memorize it according to the form. I still listen to Yang Fan’s courseware. Generally speaking, there is no need to read articles. Of course, "Private International Law" and "International Economic Law are Necessary" require several fixed legal documents, and the teacher will also talk about them

7. Civil law, my personal feeling is that it is important to review civil law for the judicial examination. There is only one textbook, which is Li Jianwei's "Lectures on Civil Law 61". I heard that he is in Zhonghe this year. I have never listened to the class he taught, so I can't comment. I listened to the courseware and listened to Zhong Xiuyong. Zhong Xiuyong's lectures are very detailed. He can take care of many things that others don't talk about, so it is suitable for beginners. Of course, you should also take notes when listening to the courseware. The most important thing is to transform it into your own, and it is the same for any subject.

8. Civil Procedure Law and Arbitration System. I bought the "Civil Procedure Law" compiled by Yang Xiuqing from the three schools. If you combine it with her courseware, the effect should be good. For the courseware on civil litigation For example, you can also listen to Zheng Qibin's courseware. Zheng Qibin has been in New Oriental before. I don't know about this year's test paper. Everyone recommends the past papers. Since the judicial examination began in 2002, there are 02 , 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 08 (earthquake disaster area paper), 09. I feel that it is enough to look for those after 2004. After all, many of them are very old. To do the real questions, you just need to grasp the author’s knowledge. Questioning ideas and question-setting patterns, exercise your ability to discover traps and avoid traps. The answer is not important, but you must know why it is this answer and not others. I am a lazy person and do not want to do more questions. I feel that knowledge points are more important. Doing questions is just a means to test whether you have mastered knowledge. The purpose is more important than the means, so I don't do many real questions.

The Law Press also has a set of test papers called white papers. There are probably seven or eight copies. I also bought them, but I have never read them because there are many wrong questions, even though they claim to be the ones who wrote the questions. The person who wrote the questions compiled it, but Le Yi said that the teacher who wrote the questions recommended it to his doctoral students, and the doctoral students recommended it to the master's students, so I feel like it's okay not to buy it.

In short, with the combination of textbooks, audio courseware, real questions, and the guarantee of time,

should not be a problem.

Ensure a peaceful mind and learn more. The forums for the judicial examination that I know about include the Xuexuefa.com and the Fafa.com, but I have never been to the others. I have only visited the blogs of tutors such as Zhang Haihai's, Zou Jianzhang (the teacher who teaches essay questions), Zhou Guangquan's, and Zhong Xiuyong's. I don't know about the others.

In addition, there are some blogs on the market. Regarding "Comparative Memory of the Three Major Procedural Laws", I feel that I must not buy it. If I buy it, I will leave it alone. I bought it back then, and then I kept it at the bottom of the box. If you think about it, the three major litigation laws are already confusing enough, and I want to compare it again. , It would be strange not to remember it as a fool, but of course it does not rule out being useful to others.

Don’t buy too many books, it’s useless unless you can get rid of them at the original price on Taobao. Mine are all given away.
