I am a junior college student myself. After graduation, I worked as a foreign trade documentary in an enterprise integrating industry and trade, with a basic salary of 3000. But many assembly line workers in our company's production department are piecework. If there are enough goods and a lot of overtime this month, the employees themselves are skilled, and the monthly salary can sometimes be as high as 7000-8000 yuan.

Because it is a foreign trade documentary, the docking orders are all orders from foreign customers, and most of the orders need to go through customs declaration and inspection, and then be transported abroad by sea containers.

Because different countries have different customs requirements, sometimes some products will have serial numbers, box labels and other stickers when they are produced. (Serial number: refers to the serial number of the product. Each order has a batch number, and each product has a serial number. The serial numbers need to be one-to-one. Because each product not only has a color box package, but also needs instructions, warranty cards and other things to have a serial number on the package, and sometimes even the serial number on the outer packaging)

If there is a serial number, the packaging of the production department must be one-to-one correspondence, which will inevitably increase their workload. Because sometimes if there is something that needs maintenance, or someone forgets to miss one, it is easy to cause the serial number and the outer packaging not to correspond.

Therefore, every time we encounter an order with a serial number, we, as merchandisers, will personally stare at it for fear that they will be confused. Because of the confusion, it will be very troublesome for the customs to check the goods and find that they are different. The workers in the production department are angry every time: aren't they just clerks? Tell me what to do every time. Do you think it is convenient for you to do it yourself? .....

In fact, to put it bluntly, there is nothing wrong with myself or the assembly line workers in the production department. I only arrange production according to the requirements of salesmen or customers. Besides, these complicated requirements are not my own, but the requirements of customers have brought a lot of trouble to production and operation ... so it is understandable that they are angry.
