Unforgettable Festival-Eid al-Adha

For Uighurs, Eid al-Adha, like the Spring Festival of the Han nationality, is the most solemn festival with a particularly strong festive atmosphere, and it is a major festival for Muslims all over the world.

Muslims are looking forward to the arrival of the annual grand festival Eid al-Adha with great joy. Before the festival, Muslims began to clean and paint their own courtyards to welcome the festival with a brand-new look. Women of all families are busy making jiaozi and cakes, while men are busy taking care of all kinds of preparations outside. At the same time, the whole family will go shopping to buy new clothes, and all the people are making full preparations for the festival.

On the first day of the festival, our nation also pays attention to visiting elders, parents, brothers and sisters and sends them holiday wishes in advance.

On the first morning of Eid al-Adha, families slaughtered cattle and sheep, but this was not to eat meat or live a rich life, but to invite people from seven poor families to taste it, which was also a kind of gratitude and reward for others' performance.

Muslims still respect their parents. On this festival, the younger generation will first go to their elders' homes to pay New Year greetings and wish them health and safety.

During Eid al-Adha, people wear festive costumes, go door to door to celebrate the New Year and taste delicious broth. I am so happy. Therefore, Eid al-Adha is also the best time for people to get to know each other. On this day, people will put aside their grievances and greet each other to form a United and harmonious social atmosphere.

During the National Day, we rested for eight days and had a good time on Eid al-Adha. Do you know why our children like Eid al-Adha? Because children will receive many gifts and red envelopes from adults during festivals.

On the first day of Eid al-Adha, that is, 10 June 5, my family and I went to my grandparents' house in beautiful new clothes. My father is good at slaughtering sheep. On this day, my father killed three sheep-grandpa's, ours and my uncle's. After killing the sheep, my sister and I followed my parents to visit relatives and friends. On this day, we went to many people's homes, ate well and had a good time.

The next day, I will stay at home to entertain guests, and my parents have gone to pay New Year's greetings. So boring. Huh? No one came from morning till afternoon, really! I was standing when the door rang. Oh, it turns out that grandparents have come to pay New Year's greetings. I'm very happy. I'll pour them tea quickly. I received another gift-100 yuan, hehe, how generous they are!
