In this passage, Guo Jia thought that Liu Biao was a guest of discussion, a typical scholar with no military mind. At the same time, his talent is not enough to influence Liu Bei, so Liu Bei cannot be used by him. Guo Jia's judgment is correct. When Cao Cao overthrew Wu Huan, neither Liu Biao nor Liu Bei attacked Xu Du.

Guo Jia's judgment of Liu Biao is basically correct, but slightly exaggerated. Liu Biao is not a simple discussion guest.
