I am an orphan. I was very naughty when I was studying. At that time, I felt that the biggest advantage of not having parents was that there was no one in the teacher's home. At that time, I studied with my uncle, played erhu and sang sanxian. He is blind, heavy-headed and sensitive. Every time he listens to the melody, I watch the stage performance. I learned sanxian to imitate the feeling of the blind. I can say that no one in China can pretend to be blind. As a matter of fact, Uncle Blind was my first art teacher, and I was the blind man who first became popular in the Northeast.

The bumpy road to stardom

1986 I went to Tieling Troupe, and my official identity is still an actor in the troupe. At the earliest, Pan Changjiang and I performed a duet "Grand View Lantern" in Shenyang, and performed more than 200 performances in succession. May be too sensational, provoked other troupe, there are hundreds of blind people stuck at the gate of the theater hit a venue, said to dig out Zhao Benshan's eyes.

But it was Jiang Kun who really discovered my Bole. At that time, he led the Central Rap Troupe to perform in Tieling. The local people say it's not as good as Tieling Opera Troupe, so Jiang Kun calls us the Troupe. They sat in the audience of the gymnasium and watched us perform for them. At first, more than 20 Beijing artists sat in their seats, but later they all fell to the ground laughing. Jiang Kun asked me for a tape, saying that he would take it back to CCTV and recommend it to the Spring Festival party. I didn't take it seriously. I was so busy taking photos with Jiang Kun, Guo Quanbao and others that my ears trembled with excitement.

Drink one bottle a day in the media hotel and be told to go home on the tenth day. Later, I told the head of the delegation that all ten bottles of wine had been distributed, and people still didn't like our program.

The bigger joke is that 1988 Spring Festival Evening has decided that I will participate in the performance of Harbin Branch, and the program was recorded in advance. Everyone in Tieling knows that I attended the Spring Festival Gala, but later my program was not broadcast, but waited until "Goodbye" was broadcast on TV. A year later, my first appearance on CCTV was at the National Day party, followed by the "blind date" at the 1990 Spring Festival party. Won the first prize of the program for three consecutive years. 1994 I went to the Spring Festival Gala crew very late because of something at home. The director group decided not to let me go because I was too arrogant. This was the only time I was banned, but it also taught me a lot.
