What's it like to suddenly have an epiphany?

People's epiphany can be divided into two kinds, one is a new understanding of life, the other is that you may be confused for a long time when you encounter some difficulties in your work, but after a sudden epiphany, everything is solved.

Let's talk about the first situation first. Since childhood, my study has always been the best in my class, and my life has been smooth sailing, and I have never encountered any setbacks. So everything is self-centered, as if I am the protagonist of life and everyone around me is a supporting role, so I can rarely think from the perspective of others. So at that time, although I studied well, my popularity was limited and I was relatively lofty.

Maybe god intends to reshape me. When I graduated from high school, my family suffered a great disaster. I was suddenly homeless and had to live under someone else's roof. As you can imagine, I suddenly felt myself falling from the clouds into the dust. In those days, the whole person was disheartened and listless, and even felt that God had never been cheerful and the sky was always gray.

Hard days can only be tolerated. Many times, I feel that I have no reason to live. It is always so difficult to repeat it day after day. I will never see hope and people will become unhappy.

There is no comfort when you are in pain, but you can only recall the past when you are fine, and suddenly you have an epiphany: a person's life is like a wave, with peaks and valleys. No one is always smooth sailing, so be modest and prudent, don't be happy when you are happy, and don't worry when you are happy.

After the epiphany, everything settled down, and then I walked out of the trough of my life and wanted to find a job to support myself first. When I first started working, I had a lot of difficulties, no work experience and no connections. As a foreigner, I was almost excluded.
