After becoming a scholar, Xie Juezai never wanted to be an official, but engaged in education in his hometown. Later, under the influence of progressive thought, he embarked on the road of revolution.

In the early Qing Dynasty, there was an official named Ren in the south, who often liked to satirize the right and wrong of state affairs and attack the current abuses, which inevitably offended some powerful people.
