In view of the problem that these three countries applied to China for assistance on the same day, I think China should uphold the humanitarian spirit and lend a helping hand to different degrees according to the severity of the epidemic in these countries.

For example, in Spain, where the epidemic is very serious, we can provide medical supplies and equipment and send medical teams to help. In the Philippines and Serbia, where the epidemic is relatively mild, we can provide some medical supplies that are in short supply.
