What Ge You said in "Big Man" seems to be a joke:

For better management, the leaders of the madhouse choose the building director of each floor.

On the first floor, the doctor asked with a banana, "What is this?" Some patients answered "bananas." "Well, you are the manager on the first floor."

On the second floor, the doctor took an apple and asked what it was. A patient replied that it was an apple, and he was appointed director of the second floor.

On the third floor, Ge You said there was something with a big horn. What's it called when you shake it? Someone at the scene said, "It's a phonograph." Ge You clapped his hands and said, "OK, you are the director on the third floor."
