Laoshan beer used to be an independent factory, but it was later swallowed up by Tsingtao beer. So now Laoshan Beer is a part of Tsingtao Beer Group. In front of the factory is Sifang Beer Street. Old beer is Qingdao Laoshan Brewery, known as Laoshan mineral water brewing. Now it's called Tsingtao Brewery No.5. Many Tsingtao people like Laoshan beer.

I think Laoshan beer tastes good. The essence is that the location of Laoshan Brewery uses the water from Laoshan Reservoir, and most other urban areas use the water from the Yellow River, that is, the Yellow River water. The unique taste of Laoshan beer depends largely on the water quality.

However, drinking depends on the atmosphere and mood.

But now Laoshan beer tastes ordinary, and malt has changed from 10P to 8P. In fact, Lauter beer is also good in Qingdao. The site is located in the misty stream of Laoshan Mountain, and the water used is Laoshan Water. It tastes good, but it's not famous. It is said that the boss is a woman and Tsingtao Brewery wants to buy their factory, but people are not short of money and don't sell it. Now Tsingtao Brewery, which generally sells Tsingtao beer, is not allowed to sell Laut, otherwise it will not be supplied. Besides, before beer, there were local brands everywhere. I know Mount Tai, Yinmai, Shanshui, Cuidao, Keda and so on. It's the first time to drink Cuidao beer. It's delicious and cheap, about two yuan. Later, it was acquired by Tsingtao Brewery and renamed as Qingdao No.3 Brewery. I went to Weifang some time ago and drank Yinmai beer, which was very light. The ingredient list shows that it is 8P, and it belongs to Tsingtao Brewery Co., Ltd., which seems to have been acquired by Tsingtao Brewery and retained the brand of Yinmai Beer.

Tsingtao beer is my most disappointed domestic brand! I have been working in Qingdao since 1998 and have been drinking Tsingtao beer. But after about 2006, I feel that the taste of draft beer has changed, even the draft beer has changed, which is very unpleasant and very different from the previous taste! It tastes terrible now! Without the refreshing energy before, it is unremarkable. Drinking beer now is changed to Dawusu beer, which is better than Tsingtao beer before 2005! Tsingtao beer, you let me down!

I am from Shazikou, Laoshan. So I have the most say in Laoshan beer. The earliest Laoshan beer was brewed by Laoshan spring water and advanced fermentation technology, which made Laoshan beer taste pure, memorable and full of hops. The vast majority of Laoshan natives, whether drinking or entertaining themselves, are Laoshan beer. Since Tsingtao beer was merged, Laoshan beer has gone from bad to worse and completely collapsed. The reason, you know. If we insist on comparing the two, I think the old Laoshan beer is better than Tsingtao beer. There is no comparability between the two now.

Because Laoshan beer is attached to Tsingtao beer, it has not formed an independent brand personality, and its packaging and image are not elegant and fashionable enough, which restricts the further development of Laoshan beer.

Now all the factories in Laoshan, Qingdao produce them, except 125 factory, the other ones taste bad!

The first and second factories are mainly Tsingtao beer. The taste of the first factory is smaller, and the taste of the second factory is stronger. The taste is different! The fifth factory is in Shazikou, and the former Laoshan beer now produces Tsingtao beer. Tsingtao beer from the fifth factory is actually original from Laoshan! The water in Laoshan Reservoir is brewed, and the water source is just Laoshan water, not Laoshan mineral water! Mineral water is not suitable for brewing!

Domestic beer, to be honest, I personally feel that Tsingtao beer from 125 factory is good! Snowflakes can't be drunk, it's too weak! Big wusu is good, but it's not as exaggerated as big wusu's killing! Yanjing is no good, it's too light! Southern beer is weak! Hello in Harbin! Play a game with Qingdao! It used to be different because it was delicious, but now it's different because it's not delicious. In a word, Tsingtao Brewery has not had a good life these years, which is very disappointing, especially after the first factory stopped supplying draft beer. But I'm just complaining. Compared with other brands, Tsingtao Beer will crush you forever!
