The reason why 3 has spread to this day is mainly because this function helped many designers before 6.0, when the button function of photoshop was still weak, and everyone was very grateful. However, it is no longer used. Because the adjustment edge is added in cs4, photohsop may simply select with common tools and then adjust the edge, so as to achieve the accurate deduction effect.
