Although I am not from a human resources background, I do have some superficial experience in this field, and I will share it with you now. First of all, I want to introduce the employment situation of printing enterprises, and sum up the following points: (1) The working environment is relatively poor; The production environment of printing plants is noisy and smelly, especially in some small factories, which can be described as dirty and chaotic. (2) Long working hours; In recent years, due to vicious competition, the profit space of printing houses has been compressed to a very small extent. In order to make money, bosses must keep their machines running. So almost all the printing plants were closed. Workers work 12 hours, rest 12 hours, and shift once a week. Sadly, they can only rest when they are in shifts. (3) The wages of workers are relatively low; It is hard to imagine that the wages of printers are not high under such high-intensity working conditions. The average salary of a printing captain of a German-imported printing equipment in Shenyang is only 4,000 yuan. It's sad and terrible. (4) The comprehensive quality of workers is low; At present, the quality of printing workers in Northeast China is generally low, most of them are migrant workers without any academic qualifications, and a few are secondary school students who graduated from printing technical schools. (5) The mobility of workers is great; In this working state, the mobility of workers is very large, which is almost an inevitable result. One year before I took office, it was roughly estimated that there were 120 people in the whole plant, and the staff turnover reached 40%. Can't keep people.

After I contacted the personnel of the company, I was determined to change this situation. Every employee's birthday, the canteen will make a bowl of longevity noodles for the employees, and I will also visit the site to lead everyone to bless the employees who celebrate their birthdays. At this time, I can feel the heartfelt gratitude of the employees. (3) Increase the reward and company system, with rewards and punishments. Usually in printing houses, only punishment is given, which greatly discourages the enthusiasm of workers. Therefore, a reward system must be established. On one occasion, a book won the finalist prize of "Jin Dong National Printing Art Award", and only three printing houses in Northeast China won the prize. The company rewarded all the workers who participated in printing and binding.

First, open up recruitment channels.

In the past, factory recruitment was to hang two big characters at the door. It's getting harder and harder to recruit now, but this old recruitment method is no longer enough. Therefore, the following improvements have been made in recruitment:

(1) Recruitment tips can only be released after strict design and typesetting, because this is the initial impression of others on the company, and you must never send a "recruitment" casually and leave a phone number.

(2) Diversified recruitment forms; In addition to posting recruitment tips, we have also increased recruitment channels such as newspapers and the Internet. In the past, we posted recruitment notices at the factory gate, but now they are posted in crowded places such as morning markets, bus stops and residential areas. Newspapers and online recruitment have great advantages. In addition to recruitment, you can also advertise to the company.

Second, strengthen staff training.

I always think that employee training is the most important means for a company to retain employees, because it will give employees a sense of growing up with the company, so we have formulated training plans for employees at all levels.

(1) Personnel training for new employees. After entering the company, new employees are unfamiliar with the company and wary. Through induction training, new employees can learn about the company and relieve their nervousness. More importantly, through training, new employees will feel that the company values them. Why do so many people fall for pyramid schemes? Because I think they have done a particularly good job in training new employees, so that everyone can see hope and decide to fight for it. Therefore, I think the training of new employees in our factory should learn from MLM institutions.

(2) Training of old employees. The training of old employees mainly focuses on upgrading their skills. As the skills of workers become more and more skilled, we will find the technical backbone in the company to give you special skills training to make up for the weak places. The advantage of this is that the technical backbone has a sense of accomplishment and the workers feel that they can make continuous progress. Finally, a virtuous circle is formed.

(3) Training of middle-level cadres. The training of middle-level cadres is the most painful training for bosses, because they need to use their wallets. Since I came here, I have cooperated with Shenyang Cheng Ju Training Company for two consecutive years to conduct special training for middle-level cadres of the company. Middle-level cadres never knew there was such training. Increased the cohesion of the company's middle level.

(4) There is a company-wide tour every year, but we call it Outward Bound, because this tour is not a simple tour, and there are a lot of Outward Bound contents interspersed among it. This is the happiest time of the whole company in a year, not only having fun, but also improving the cohesion of the company.
