When someone calls you fat, how do you respond?

I think this one word is enough. When someone ridicules you, they just want to show off their sense of superiority. When they find that there is no audience, they are actually more anxious than the person being ridiculed. Many people used to laugh at me for being fat, and I had low self-esteem at the time.
