When was the largest gold certificate with a face value of 6 billion yuan in China's currency history issued?

1948 With the military defeat of the Kuomintang, economic imbalance, soaring prices and currency devaluation, after Xinjiang Commercial Bank was reorganized into Xinjiang Provincial Bank again, the denomination of paper money increased continuously, from the minimum denomination of 1 to the issue denomination of 603 billion, until the maximum denomination reached 6 billion yuan (see figure), which was unheard of in ancient times and created the biggest joke in the history of world currency. This 6 billion yuan banknote is printed with the words "equivalent to 1 10,000 yuan gold certificate". It is rare to print two denominations on a banknote.
