I can see that although my mother is only in her fifties, she is very concerned and worried about the past. Although I often comfort my mother, according to her physical quality and spiritual strength, it is absolutely no problem to live to the age of 180, but she feels that many things are uncertain when she is old. After all, life is impermanent and things are unpredictable.

And in my mother's eyes, she always thinks that people don't have to live too long. The key is to live with quality, they can't drag on, it's very painful. However, things are unpredictable, and she does not know what will happen in the future.

I can understand her concern, just as we are worried about the uncertainty of the future.

My mother is worried about the health and safety of her children besides getting sick when she is old, so that every time she calls, she always tells us not to make much money in a hurry. The key is to pay attention to safety and health.

Every time I chat with my mother, I tighten the strings in my head over and over again-safety and health, and constantly emphasize the importance of health and safety to my daughter.
