Tell my own story. After graduation, I face career choices, one is a stable state-owned enterprise, and the other is a private enterprise in other places. I was confused at that time. I have worked so hard and even touched myself, but I found myself getting farther and farther away from what I wanted.

Yes, the choice is wrong, and the direction of choice is also problematic, because what I long for is comfort and stability, and what I want in my bones is innovation and finding my own sense of value.

Under such circumstances, I have realized the gap between myself at that time and my former self, which is the mistake of my choice. I resolutely quit my job in a state-owned enterprise and changed to a private enterprise suitable for my own development. In this working environment, I pay attention to the incompetent and the mediocre. Although I started at the grassroots level, I feel full of energy and enthusiasm. Every day, I glow with the idea of living up to this day. Even if I work overtime, I have no complaints and I am in full swing. I work hard in front of Saburo every day, and the result is, of course, to get where I want to go.

After all this nonsense, what else do I want to say? What I want to express is why all the previous efforts have been in vain, because when we are faced with choices, our thinking mode has problems and the direction is wrong. All our efforts have only brought us frustration and even doubts about life.

At every critical moment in life, we should use our wisdom carefully to make the right choice, and at the same time, don't forget to examine the angle of choice in time and adjust it in time. We should learn to study problems comprehensively from different angles and let go of unnecessary stubbornness. Change your mind and there is a way out.

Only by putting your position right will you not work hard in vain. We only need to do three things right in our busy life, one is to find the right platform, the other is to make the right friends, and the third is to follow the right people.
