There are nearly 20 analog and digital electrical problems on the test paper. I got 60 points in analog and digital electricity, and only passed three times. Looking at these 20 points, I regret it. Why didn't I study them?

English also plays a very important role in this application. After all, Huawei may send many employees to work overseas. It is impossible for him to provide an interpreter for everyone. Being well prepared and improvising is my greatest feeling after taking the oral English test. I was interviewed in Shi Sheng Garden at 3: 40 in the morning, and the news made me anxious like ants on hot bricks. Only true brothers are reliable at the critical moment. I found a good brother in the Foreign Languages Department, and he gave me advice. He taught me a sentence I learned. These sentences play a role in the oral English test. The form of oral English test is to talk to foreigners by telephone about their families, interests and hobbies. I didn't answer well and felt hopeless. But the last sentence is the most crucial one. I changed the examiner's attitude towards me. Finally, it suddenly occurred to me that I asked (also in English): My oral English is not good (dare to admit my shortcomings). I also heard that a classmate could write Japanese on his resume, and the examiner asked immediately. The most important thing in Huawei's corporate culture is honesty. I honestly wrote 10 in Huawei's application form (it is estimated that there may be one after 15), but this will not affect my future interview, as it is. None of the undergraduates (one * * * three) who finally got into the exam was a scholarship winner.

On the one hand, the examiner gave me more than 10, and he asked me to answer. He even asked me if I had a girlfriend, which was really surprising.

The second side is the most crucial one. There are only 40 people at this time. On the second side, a group of six students and two examiners took turns bombing. Huawei's fairness here is very good. Everyone gave ample opportunities and asked the same questions as the first one, but asked more about why you want to win this job, whether you can adapt to this job, what do you think is success, and so on. At this time, you have to take the initiative to speak. After all, someone is competing with you. You must show your advantages. The examiner once again asked me the question of poor grades (now I know they don't care about grades, as long as your grades are not too bad, I guess I can't beat you this time). I said I shouldn't study as hard as I did in high school. Good grades don't necessarily mean high ability. In college, I didn't just study what was in the textbook. I studied the professional knowledge I should study, but I didn't study hard before the exam in order to get high marks. I got the qualification certificate of software designer, that is, senior programmer, which is enough to prove that I have learned better. Having said that, the examiner nodded with satisfaction. Without this certificate, I have no evidence or confidence to say how well I study. I find it difficult to answer the question of success. I didn't answer this question directly, just gave an example. I said, "If I am sent abroad by you in the future, you asked me to let Huawei's switches and routers occupy 90% of South Africa's market, and I did it. This is success. " This is also a good question I answered, because I have always known Huawei well, and I often go to their website to watch some news. If you don't know about other people's companies, it's just a joke to say you want to join. After more than two hours of tossing on both sides, my mouth is thirsty and my tongue is too tired to move. I feel that there is basically a game as long as you don't say the wrong thing or make mistakes on whether Bill Gates is a genius. Of course, Bill Gates is a genius. Unless you can give a genius an answer, anything that denies him is nonsense.

On three sides, I had a one-on-one conversation with a president of Huawei. It was the same old question, but it added the question of whether you could enter Huawei. Seeing that my brothers and sisters were eliminated one by one, I was not sure and confident, but I still stubbornly said I could, I could. Then give a lot of reasons. Others are also home-cooked dishes. Now, I think what Huawei wants is a person who can keep learning, is very confident, is eager for success, dares to work hard, is very honest and dares to take responsibility. Don't forget to dress up for the interview. I am usually a slovenly person. I even cut my hair and changed my clothes for the interview. The boss said that I feel that your hair has just been cut (it really hurts, I can see it). Of course, I admitted that I had my hair cut and said that I valued this opportunity more. If I do technical support in the future, my image is also very important. After all, sometimes you represent the whole company by yourself. Talking to the boss is speculative. We talked about Hunan, Zhangjiajie, Xiangxi, Huang Yongyu (a painter in Hunan), Cisco, Huawei, Yi Zhongtian and Cao Cao. My full understanding of Huawei played a great role at this time. I boldly compared Huawei to domestic hyenas and foreign wolves, and made my boss laugh hysterically. Undeniably, I also encountered the problem of the status of the second hospital under siege. The boss seems to have deliberately pointed out: "What college is your school in the northwest?" . I was very angry at that time, but I have been despised by others for many times because of the school problems. I frankly replied that our school is not good, not as good as other first-class universities, but I came for the computer major, which still has many excellent teachers. If I had criticized the Second People's Hospital, it would have been hopeless. It was only scheduled for 20 minutes. The result was more than 30 minutes. On the whole, I feel very lucky. In just one week, I completed the process from quantitative change to qualitative change. A week ago, I was still depressed about my work. A week later, I signed an employment agreement with Huawei, waiting for the notice to go to the company for internship. I was happy for a day or two. I know that going there will face greater pressure and competition, but I believe that people are forced out.
