Will Britain regain the strength of the former British Empire?

There are two conditions for restoring the previous position, one is industry, and the other is military strength.

At the peak of the British Empire, it was the factory of the world, and its industrial output value accounted for less than half of the world.

As for military strength, the British navy is the standard of the top two, stronger than the sum of the second and third.

What is it like now? Needless to say, the economy has been deindustrialized.
