Follow them and touch Jingdezhen.

Our three-and-a-half-day trip to Jingdezhen depends on teacher Zhang Wu's arrangement. The word "Jingdezhen" was invented by him. "Jingdezhen" is a unique artistic spirit of Jingdezhen, which is free, enthusiastic and full of creativity, similar to Bohemia. The night in Jingdezhen is a cultural salon held every night in Taoxichuan, a new cultural landmark in Jingdezhen, in his Taoxi Library.

The so-called salon is not really a salon, because Mr. Zhang Wu rarely arranges and entertains specially, so he is very casual. When someone comes, he will open wine or make tea, and talk about things in a local accent. Maybe Mr. Zhang doesn't even know the names of the visitors. If you want to go, just push the door and go. You're welcome at all. Such a relaxed space, I think there are few places in the country.

Then I'll talk about some teachers I met in Taoxi Library.

No one really dares to question that he is a brother in Jingdezhen. I knew Zhang Wu's label before I came: senior media person, Jingdezhen observer.

Mr. Zhang Wu, a reporter from Xinhua News Agency in Jiangxi and a native of Jiangxi, came to Jingdezhen in the 199s. As a reporter from Xinhua News Agency, he deeply participated in the restructuring of the top ten porcelain factories here. After that, he spent most of his time in Jingdezhen every year, on the one hand, studying the ceramic manufacturing process, and on the other hand, studying the modern ceramic history of Jingdezhen.

It can be said that he is the spokesman and voluntary promoter of Jingdezhen porcelain masters, and also the guide of artists who have settled in Jingdezhen. When everyone comes to Jingdezhen, the first stop is to come to him to understand the situation and make plans. Our trip to Jingdezhen is also to brush his face, so that we can get in close contact with several ceramic masters and famous ceramic researchers.

I don't know his exact age. According to his resume, he should be in his fifties. However, when I see him, I won't guess his age at all. He can chat with anyone until it is dark. All kinds of new stalks and popular words keep popping out of his mouth. Any joke he makes may be a pit, and a capital suit is sent here.

Ah, time seems to have only the effect of precipitation and fermentation on him, fermenting the history of Jingdezhen's humanities and ceramics into all kinds of interesting stories and jokes. I became his fan sister the first time we met. Brother Wu, who always wears red clothes, is really an interesting person.

The first meal in Jingdezhen was eaten in the cultural restaurant "Jiu Duan Ben Yin" opened by the head of Jiu Duan Shao in Taoxichuan. During the banquet, I met Duan Lao for the first time. He wore a trademark cap, didn't talk much and didn't drink. I could feel that he was an old urchin.

It is said that Mr. Duan once made blue-and-white porcelain for Japanese merchants. His paintings were exquisite and elegant. In 1996, Mr. Zhang Wu, then a reporter of Xinhua News Agency, discovered them and liked them very much. Later, Mr. Zhang Wu brought Mr. Park, a Korean businessman, to visit. Mr. Park came to Jingdezhen more than 12 times a year, and he is also an old Jianghu. Teacher Zhang asked him: "If ceramics can evaluate the position, how many sections can' Duan Kiln' evaluate?" Mr. Park replied, "Jiu Duan." Since then, Teacher Duan's "Duan Kiln" has been renamed as "Jiu Duan Shao". Jiuduanshao is now one of the three famous kilns in Jingdezhen, and it is also called the three modern official kilns in Jingdezhen with Guihexiang and Xiaoya.

Jiu Duan Shao always insists on pure handwork, never looking for someone to do OEM work outside, even from ordinary products to collectibles. Kenya Hara, a famous Japanese design master and artistic director of MUJI, once came to Jingdezhen when he was writing the book Design in Design, where he stayed for most of the day. Finally, he selected six cup types in this book, five of which were from Jiu Duan Shao. This means that Jiu Duan Shao has been recognized by the international art world and fully won the reputation of "modern official kiln".

Every Jiuduanshao has a handwritten bottom note, in which all the fonts except "Miaoshou Danqing" are thin gold. It is said that the base of Jiuduan Shao has been changed several times. At first, it was called Duanyao. Later, it was written directly as Jiuduan, Jiuduan Treasures and Jingde Jiuduan. It was not until 21 that it was decided to use the "wonderful hand" series. At present, there are "Nine Skillful Hands", "Blue and White Skillful Hands", "Perfect Hands", "Perfect Hands" and "Perfect Hands".

"wonderful hand" is taken from Lu You's article "The article is natural, and the wonderful hand is occasionally obtained". "Wonderful hand" means a person with superb skills, and it also means that the wonderful hand is natural. Today's nine-stage blue-and-white porcelain can be divided into three grades according to painting skills. The best one is "Nine-stage skillful hands", followed by "exquisite blue-and-white hands", and finally "making people happy".

actually, appreciating porcelain is the same as drinking tea. If you drink too much good tea, you can naturally tell what tea is bad. If you watch too many rare porcelain and contemporary fine porcelain in the museum, you will naturally know what is the work of ordinary craftsmen. The texture, painter, shape and glaze color of porcelain clearly tell your status level there.

Jiuduanshao has another feature. Almost all of it is daily-use porcelain, such as bowls, fair mug, teacups, tea cans, etc., which can be used by people who drink tea at ordinary times. The price is also lovely, ranging from 1K to tens of thousands. Tmall is sold, and even ordinary people like you and me can collect a few.

I'm a little tempted. Give yourself one as a birthday present? Well, good idea!

Mr. Luo Guoxin is known as the "scavenger" of Jingdezhen's cultural fragments. He used more than ten tons of pieces of ancient kiln ceramics to connect the cultural history and civilization history of China ceramics.

We spent a morning in Teacher Luo's studio, namely Jingdezhen Institute of Porcelain in Past Dynasties, in Jingdezhen Ancient Kiln Folk Museum.

Mr. Luo wears glasses with high myopia. People in Jiangxi call myopia blind, so Mr. Luo got a nickname: Brother Blind for short.

He has a serious stutter, which is often told as a joke, but as long as he talks about porcelain, his interest will immediately rise and everyone will be in awe.

Brother Blind is a native of Jingdezhen. He started to do ceramic business in 198s and 199s. In this process, he became fascinated with collecting pieces of porcelain from past dynasties.

In 29, he finished his business and returned to Jingdezhen, and began to "scavenge" in the ruins of construction sites and various kilns. Up to now, Mr. Luo has exhausted his family wealth and collected more than ten tons of old porcelain pieces, especially those from Yuan Qinghua and Chenghua of Ming Dynasty.

In his studio, the table is full of his restored treasures. If some things are complete, they are worth over 1 million yuan. Even if they are restored, they are of great commercial value. Especially a dragon eggshell cup, the wall of which is as thin as paper, and even more amazing, a carved dragon can be seen inside! No one can make such a process now.

There is also a simple exhibition counter in the room, and almost all the broken porcelain pieces in it can be found in the Ming Chenghua porcelain book published by the National Palace Museum in Taipei.

What's even more amazing is that he also went to Ghost Market, and spent 5, yuan to buy seven or eight pieces of Ming Chenghua broken porcelain. He picked up one piece at random and could find the prototype in the book. Moreover, this skill is mainly reflected in the fact that when he went to places like ghost markets, construction sites and ruins to find Taobao, he knew at first glance that it was what he just lacked. What kind of accumulation can this be practiced?

even our master driver knows that "he spent all his money on this". Blind brother himself said that he has been studying for ten years, and now he has gone home too little, and the children have different opinions.

I silently gave Brother Blind countless praises.

In Jingdezhen cultural circle, everyone knows the name of "Michelin in the Eastern Suburb". This is a restaurant with a particularly inconspicuous face, and its official name is "pecking the old family kitchen".

Before coming, the Oriental teacher gave us several vaccinations: "The environment in this shop is very poor, but the food is super delicious. The boss looks like a big brother in the underworld. He wears a big gold chain and is particularly proud. He loves to eat and does not eat. " How curious!

When I walked to the door, I saw that the dilapidated red brick frontispiece didn't even have a decent gate. I saw a notice posted at the door: Every Monday is closed. Isn't today Monday? Or Jiang Wu teacher face big!

There is a golden statue at the door, and the East says, "That's what the boss looks like!" Through the narrow lobby full of all kinds of old porcelain, climb a floor and come to the dining room, which seems to be in a residential building. There are several tables and private rooms in the living room.

We have reserved two private rooms, neither of which is large enough to hold a large dining table for about ten people. The decoration is relatively simple, and it is basically the same as the blank room. The only impression is that there are several beautiful pictures hanging on the wall.

Not long after he sat down, Peck Lao came in, dressed in black and trousers, with a bald head and small eyes, and his face flushed. Obviously, he had drunk a lot, but Goose, I didn't see a big gold chain. He was wearing a big silver chain today.

He took it down and said to us, "I found it in the ghost market this morning. It's an eagle's mouth. What do you think?" We passed it on, and it seems that it really matches the temperament of pecking at the old! Simple and rude, brave and fierce.

I can't find my mobile phone, so it's a pity that I didn't take his photo. But his food is really delicious, and the shrimp in the river is tender, far exceeding the Huaiyang food I have eaten. Sausage, braised pork with rice flour, and salted pork are all so delicious that people can't stop chopsticks. Tofu and vegetables, common ingredients, actually have amazing taste.

But his family needs to make an appointment. When making a phone call, please be sure to use your softest voice. If it is too loud or too low, or if it is impolite, the boss may refuse the order!
