Vegetables:

Cucumber/Cucumber → Cucumber (Cucumber is more common in our local area because it is full of thorns)

Eggplant → purple melon (obviously, because it is purple)

Fertility → "Millet" (I don't know how to write it, anyway, this is what we are watching)

Pumpkin → Cucumber (probably because of its golden color)

Water spinach → "Weng Cai" (not sure how to write it, probably spoken)

Chinese cabbage → yellow tooth white (commonly known as it)

Oranges → Oranges (Oranges are difficult to speak in the local dialect)

Kumquat → Kumquat (more vividly expressing auspicious meaning)

Pig tongue → auspiciousness (because pigs are treasures, every viscera has an auspicious name)

Pig brain flower → pig brain thin (I dare not eat this thing)

Chicken gizzards (or other gizzards) → Keiko (I don't know what it means, but it may mean celebrating the birth of a child)

Chicken blood (or other blood) → Wang Zi (auspicious meaning of prosperity)

Chicken wings (or other wings) → chicken pages (dialect)

Eggs → Quack/Bubu (there is a joke called "Quack Fried Bubu", which means eggs scrambled eggs)

Local wide noodles → rice noodles (similar to river rice noodles)

Local fermented tofu → enzyme tofu (similar to sufu, without juice)

Local pickles → wipe vegetables (because you have to wipe them on the washboard repeatedly when cooking)

Housefly → midge (I don't know if it's the word)

Wild flies → dung beetles

Crabs → Crawl and Turn.

Turtle → pond fish
