Introduction of dome mountain scenic spot

Qionglongshan is located on the east bank of Taihu Lake in Suzhou, with the main peak of Mao Feng, which is 34 1.7 meters above sea level. It is the highest and largest mountain in Suzhou. Panshan highway leads directly to the foot of the mountain, where there are dense trees. Suzhou locals regard it as natural oxygen bar. Sun Wu and other ancient celebrities have left footprints here, and many scenic spots on the mountain are also surrounded by these celebrities.

You can drive into the scenic spot, but besides the tickets for 80 yuan, you have to pay the fare for 50 yuan. It is recommended to hike up the mountain. After all, in such a good environment, you should take a deep breath when climbing a mountain. The main entrance of the scenic spot is at the foot of the northeast dome hill, and there is a parking lot at the entrance. Parking is five dollars. Passing through the Royal Lake named after Gan Long landed here, I saw the first scenic spot of the Royal Lake-the artificial waterfall Danquan, and climbed the mountain along Huangjia Road in Ganlong.

All the way through Tiezhu Pavilion, Cixiao Pavilion, Shuangxi Spring, Earth Temple, Shanmen Cave and other small scenic spots, it takes about 1-2 hours to climb to the first scenic spot on the mountain. Shang Zhenguan is a Taoist temple, which was built in the first year of Emperor Han Ping. Later, it was built many times, and Ganlong went to Shangzhenguan to pray for blessings six times. Now Shangzhen Temple is newly built, with many halls, arranged from east to west according to the mountain, and the walls are painted red, which is magnificent.

In fact, there are many forks in the road here, and there is a very demanding six fork in the road, which requires a good sense of direction. Go to the left-hand side is Wanghu Garden, to the parking lot 1 is Sun Wuyuan and Zhu Maichen's reading desk, to the parking lot No.3 is the Bell and Drum Tower, and down the mountain is the Ningbang Temple and the stage. First, go to Wanghu Garden. The area around Wanghu Garden includes Huancui Building and Wanghu Building, which are further inside. This is a good place overlooking the mountain view. There are several observation platforms along the road, which can have a panoramic view of the green hills. It is said that Gan Long once overlooked the mountain scenery here.

Then go to Sunwuyuan, which is a very important scenic spot on the mountain. Sun Wu wrote Sun Tzu's Art of War here. Deep in the forest, brick paths with winding paths lead to several huts, surrounded by bamboo fences, and the gurgling spring water flows into the stone well through bamboo tubes, which is really like the secluded place of martial arts masters in martial arts novels. There are also Sun Tzu's Art of War Stone Carving Hall, Spring and Autumn Soldier Temple and other attractions. In Sun Wuyuan's teahouse, you can drink tea while recalling the scene of Sun Wu playing tea with his friends.

Climb the stairs, is Zhu Maichen reading desk. On a rock, there is an inscription "Zhu Gong's Reading Office, the satrap of Han Huiji", written by Du Mu, a scholar in Zheng De period of Ming Dynasty. Zhu Maichen, the minister of the Western Han Dynasty, used to be poor. He likes reading and is afraid of being laughed at. After reading a book secretly on the stone, he hid it under the stone. The library town in the north of Dome Hill is named after him.

Then go back to Liucha Road and take the direction of Bell and Drum Tower, which belongs to the tall building of Ningbang Temple. Xianingbang Temple was built in Liang and rebuilt in Shaoxing in the 12th year of Southern Song Dynasty. It was originally called Haiyun Temple. After Yue Fei was killed, Han Shizhong lived in Canglang Pavilion.

Go ahead. After visiting Han Shizhong's platform for worrying about the country on the moon where he played with his subordinates in his later years, he walked down the Panshan Highway and left the main entrance of the scenic spot. During the whole tour of Dome Mountain, you can see cliff stone carvings, which is also a landscape. Unfortunately, Miao Feng, the highest peak in Suzhou, has not been developed, so it can't really reach the top.

At the southeast foot of Qiongshan Mountain, there is a newly-built Sun Wu Cultural Park, which is a cultural attraction. In the east corner, there is a bird garden with many birds. Road 667, the main entrance of the scenic spot, is under the "Tanggangtou, Nonglin Village" station, and 400 meters west is Sunwu Cultural Park; The station in "Wang Xiao Scenic Area" is the Bird Garden. You can visit these two places when you have time, and it doesn't matter if you don't go.

There are places to eat in the mountains, which are usually solved by Wanghuyuan restaurant, but they are quite expensive. There is a row of snack bars before going to Zhenguan. Ningbang Temple can be vegetarian, and there is a dome restaurant near the main entrance of Panshan Highway where you can eat barbecue. It is suggested to bring some dry food to fill your stomach, and go to Cang Shu Town to eat mutton collected by local specialties after going down the mountain. You can still stay in the Wanghu Garden on the mountain, but living on the mountain is of little significance.
