In addition, as far as I know, in Taoism, words like thunder and dragon and tiger are common in all kinds of notes and classics that record practice, but if you really understand them literally, you have to be crazy without jokes. For example: tune the dragon and tiger. Pure yang is made by real people themselves, and there are corresponding methods to pass it down. However, the real Yangchun showed this to the young disciples early in the morning. This doesn't mean that you really find a dragon, then find a tiger, and then clean it up and subdue the dragon and tiger. That's not true. What is the meaning of dragon and tiger, how to understand it and how to repair it. It's all handed down clearly.

Again, no one teaches you to read gobbledygook by yourself, so you dare to practice it. This is really a joke, you must be crazy.
