What is IPV9?

Internet Protocol Version 9 (IPv9), also known as the Ninth Internet Communication Protocol.

IPv9 protocol refers to using Arabic digital network of 0-9 as virtual IP address and decimal as text, which is a convenient way to find online users. In order to improve efficiency and convenience for end users, some addresses can be directly used as domain names;

At the same time, it is also called "a new generation of safe and reliable information integrated network protocol" because it adopts the business classification coding of the original computer network, cable radio and television network and telecommunication network.

Extended data

InternetProtocolversion4 (IPv4), also known as the fourth version of Internet communication protocol, is the fourth revised version in the development of Internet protocol and the first widely deployed version of this protocol.

IPv4 is the core of Internet and the most widely used version of Internet protocol. Its successor version is IPv6. Until 20 1 1, the address of IANAIPv4 was completely used up, and IPv6 was still in the initial stage of deployment.

IPv4 is described in RFC 79 1 issued by IETF in September of 198 1, replacing RFC 760 issued in September of 1980.

IPv4 is a connectionless protocol, which uses packet switching to run at the link layer, such as Ethernet. This protocol will do its best to transmit data packets, which means that it does not guarantee that any data packets will arrive at the destination, nor does it guarantee that all data packets will arrive in the correct order without duplication. These aspects are handled by upper layer transport protocols (such as transmission control protocol).
