The second is high "teaching ability", which is the life of an excellent teacher. Most teachers with excellent teaching work are teachers with "high knowledge", but "high knowledge" does not determine that teaching work must be excellent. This is a common phenomenon in our education and teaching work. I have seen some such teachers who are full of talents but are not qualified for teaching work. On the contrary, some teachers with mediocre or even "poor" knowledge have excellent teaching results. This should be due to the difference between the two tasks of "teaching" and "learning". If you want to obtain excellent teaching ability, you need to learn how to teach, research and selectively try various teaching ideas and methods, and finally form your own set of ideas and methods, and ultimately form teaching with your own characteristics. "Good character", this should be regarded as the soul of an excellent teacher. A teacher's character not only determines the evaluation, likes and dislikes of his colleagues and students, but a teacher's character will always be reflected in his teaching work and educational management work, and may even be a very "strong" one. Performance. This will not only have a certain impact on our teaching work, but also have a subtle impact on students that cannot be ignored. These impacts can be said to be very huge. There are many necessary qualities for a good teacher, such as love, justice, enthusiasm, unity, etc. In short, it is a matter of character cultivation. It should be noted that the "quality" here should also include the quality of a person's will, such as strength, perseverance, and being good at using one's brain. Because every word, deed, and way of doing things by teachers will become "role models" for students, which is another form of "education and teaching." 2. Excellent teachers must love learning, be diligent in research, and be good at innovation. Teaching and educational management are a science and an art. They are not a simple patchwork of knowledge, methods, and theories. In today's society, knowledge is updated too fast. If we don't strengthen our learning, we will soon fall behind. The learning here includes knowledge-based learning, learning of educational and teaching theories and methods, and also includes non-knowledge-based learning (that is, keeping pace with the times). In short, we must use learning to constantly arm ourselves and strengthen ourselves. For problems that arise in our work, we not only need to learn to ask others for advice, but also need to conduct in-depth research based on relevant knowledge and concepts. Only research can understand everything, and only research can find the scientific path to success. Innovation is a state achieved by integrating knowledge, methods, and concepts. It is a sublimation of knowledge and the highest state of education and teaching. As mentioned above, the three stages of teacher growth are "learning-research-innovation". These three stages are not completely separate, but are mutually inclusive and spiral upward. As a teacher, you must form your own things in this growth process, thereby forming your own unique and individual education and teaching style.
