The obsession at the foot of Wuzhi Mountain - Interpretation of "Journey to the West: Conquering the Demons" (Part 3)

When you choose violence because you can’t bear it, is it for yourself or for good?

The pig demon was not subdued, and Xuanzang wanted his master to take action, but the master, who seemed to be standing on the street with so much free time every day, actually said that he was very busy, and directed Xuanzang to find the king of monsters—— Sun Wukong asked him for the way to conquer demons.

Learning from the Demon King how to subdue demons may sound a bit funny at first. How can a monster teach people how to subdue monsters? Isn’t it just self-destruction? But thinking about it, is there anyone in the world who knows the weaknesses of monsters better than the Demon King? When Xuanzang asked why he asked Sun Wukong to teach him how to conquer demons, the answer given by the master was that he needed wisdom and the three hundred children's songs in his book.

At this time, the film's camera solemnly shows the front view of Three Hundred Children's Songs, a child with lotus feet on his feet and his fingers pointing to the sky. It is exactly the form when Buddha was born, with lotus growing on his feet and pointing to the heaven and earth.

Adding the two together, we get the answer given by the master. How to conquer Sun Wukong requires Buddha’s wisdom!

It is a pity that Xuanzang could not understand it at this time. When he saw the master holding three hundred children's songs, he immediately fainted. Although Xuanzang got a little bit of help from his master, not all problems were solved. After enlightenment, how to face oneself requires a long process of verification. At this time, Xuanzang's heart was not clear, but more chaotic and doubtful. Based on this understanding, we can understand why Miss Duan planned a forced marriage and met three exorcists on the way to Wuzhishan!

The design of the plot is that Miss Duan led her five evil spirits to bribe two people as prisoners to perform a play to deceive Xuanzang, hoping to achieve a good relationship with him. However, he unexpectedly showed his flaws and was discovered by Xuanzang. This plot is not complicated and has distinct comedy characteristics, but the metaphors in it are quite worth pondering, and it also hints at the true setting of the character Miss Duan.

A village leader leads five subordinates, which is in line with the physical and mental composition of Buddhism. People are like a village, hiding their body and mind. The heart is Miss Duan, and the five subordinates, one woman and four men, are collectively called the five evil spirits, which can respectively represent the five aggregates of form, feeling, thought, action, and knowledge. That’s why we see the five aggregates riding on the same vehicle, carrying the body and mind. There is another segment that demonstrates this, which is the so-called iron-blooded system of the chariot. Under the command of Miss Duan, the Five Shas displayed a set of extremely complex and hilarious coordination, but the effect was only to drive the chariot. Only when the five aggregates move together can the human body function.

The body is dominated by the mind, so Miss Duan is the leader and the master of the village. The five subordinates behaved erratically, behaved in a chaotic manner, and were a mixture of various idiotic states. They obeyed the leader and were unable to act independently. This was because the five aggregates were changing due to causes and conditions, and there was no manifestation of their own nature. The so-called five evil spirits are actually five fools.

Why is Miss Duan the leader of the village? The owner of the village is the creditor. The heart that Miss Duan represents is not the original heart, but the heart of self-desire, the heart of purpose that arises from the original heart in response to things. If you have a purpose, you will show your desire. If you have a request from your heart, you will be a creditor. So in this scam, it was Miss Duan who brought the five evil spirits to deceive Xuanzang. It means that the heart of self-desire, together with the five aggregates of color, feeling, thought, action and knowledge, forces the original mind.

Xuan Zang was aware of his true nature and had a clear vision of himself. He immediately said: "What I want to pursue is great love. He will not think about the small love in the world."

p>

Just because you don’t think about it doesn’t mean you don’t have it in your heart, it just doesn’t allow yourself to think about it. This means that Xuanzang still doesn’t know how to deal with the so-called big love and little love, and he doesn’t really understand Miss Duan!

The heart’s unwillingness to recognize it comes from its mistaken self-discrimination. So in Xuanzang, I felt that Miss Duan didn't understand him, and that Miss Duan didn't understand his so-called great love!

Because he could not understand this point, Xuanzang could not get rid of the five aggregates. At this moment, the five aggregates can trap Xuanzang, just like Xuanzang was unable to suck out the spirit of the pig demon mouth to mouth in Gaolaozhuang. The two are the same thing. The view of the five aggregates continues, and one is eventually trapped by them.

Therefore, if we talk from the heart rather than from the behavior, if we choose violence because we cannot bear it, is it unbearable for ourselves or is it really a good deed? The difference between the two is that when the ego is too much to bear, it is called acting for good, not from good.

Mencius said that we should act according to benevolence and righteousness, and not practice benevolence and righteousness.

Making noises when seeing other people's evil is like beating up thieves on the street and getting excited. Is it for justice or for oneself?

Why does Ms. Duan have a surname of Duan and no name at all? This heart of self-desire is originally born from the situation it encounters. It is an illusory heart that wants to change with the circumstances. Of course it is indescribable, so it has no name. Duan means breaking, which indicates that the heart needs to be broken. If this mind is there, worries will continue, and in the end, you will still be obsessed and upside down!

Why is it discontinued instead of destroyed? Because this desire for illusion also comes from the original mind. If it is destroyed, it is like destroying the original mind.

While Xuanzang was trapped, Miss Duan discussed with the five evil spirits and expressed her reluctance to let go of her original heart. Why did Miss Duan fall in love with Xuanzang? Because the original intention represented by Xuanzang is not seeking fame and wealth, but using great courage to eliminate demons, showing his greatness. Miss Duan's love also represents why Miss Duan appears. In fact, Miss Duan is the manifestation of Xuanzang's courageous heart to eliminate demons, and is the heart of his pursuit!

Everyone who falls in love with me represents the state of my soul!

"The Book of Changes" has the principle that "like people seek each other, and people with the same voice respond to each other". If you can't see clearly who a person is, you can tell by looking at the friends around him. In the same way, falling in love with someone is because you see the characteristics you cherish in the other person, and this characteristic is often your greatest trait!

What is persistence? It is the mind that was originally formless and became what it is now. Before falling in love, there is love for everyone in my heart; after falling in love, there is only one person left in my heart. In Xuanzang's words, it was expressed as big love and little love.

The reason why little love is little love, and the reason Xuanzang wants to cut it off, is because in his understanding, little love is actually just self-satisfaction. When our words of love for others come out of our mouths, does it prove that we love each other? No, this can only prove that the other person makes our hearts rise with love. True love will not cause loss, discomfort, or even self-destruction because of lack of response.

It is frustrating because the self cannot be satisfied and the desire for love cannot be realized. When the other party rejects our feelings, it does not mean that they reject our love. Love can continue, but unrequited desire makes people feel even more disappointed.

Personal appeals include love and desire, just like people also have bodies and souls. In addition to love filling people up, there are also various physical desires. When the film shows this level, it uses a prop called an "obedient charm". An interaction between Miss Duan and Fourth Sister, the only woman among the Five Evils.

The fourth sister is a seductively dressed woman, a symbol of physical desire at first glance. Among the five aggregates there are color, feelings, thoughts, and consciousness. The color among them does not mean female lust, but the human body formed by the five aggregates has its own desires. When desire arises, people are directed by it, just like a sign of obedience is attached.

After Miss Duan applied the talisman, Xuanzang in the chariot was about to relieve himself, and the fourth sister was also disturbed by another person from the Five Evils. What is even more exaggerated in the end is that the obedience charm also fell on Xuanzang, and there were scenes of hilarious dialogues and performances. This is the so-called dark scene, where every word is full of hints of sexual desire, but it is presented in a funny way, creating an absurd effect. This is the brilliance of comedy, turning seriousness and heaviness into something friendly and relaxed, making people laugh away and not think too much.

What does one person’s love for another person mean? Is it selfishness or possessiveness? Is it against Buddhism?

The pig demon suddenly appeared and collided with the chariot. Xuanzang, who was pushed out, saw the shattered chariot and Miss Duan falling into the dust, and finally couldn't help holding her and crying loudly. At this moment Xuanzang was stunned and allowed Miss Duan to hug him, and he followed Miss Duan's command and hugged her without letting go. As his master said, thinking in your heart but saying you don't want to with your mouth is the problem.

After loving all living beings, can’t I love her? Isn't she a sentient being? Aren’t you a sentient being? When you love others, can’t you start by loving yourself? Maybe only those who love themselves can truly care about others, understand others, and love others!

The pig demon became crazy because of love. This feeling is very deep. How deep is it? Being able to smash a chariot means being able to sacrifice one's life for love. The chariots that were shattered on the ground were broken to pieces for those who were obsessed with love. I originally thought that after his body was shattered into pieces, his illusory heart would be gone, so Xuanzang was sad.

But unexpectedly, Miss Duan suddenly shouted that he had been caught!

She is not dead! If the physical body is gone, desires will naturally disappear. The body is in trouble, and since it is not in the body, it should be as if there is no trouble. But the desire is broken, why is she still there?

This is Xuanzang’s surprise, even astonishment!

At this time, all self-deception could no longer be hidden from him. Xuanzang had to admit that he liked the Miss Duan in front of him. All choices come from his heart. What surprised him was, why could his pure and kind heart produce such a violent self? And my denial seems to be wrong?

As soon as he thought about it, he was startled, and the infatuated pig demon approached him. At this time, the illusion was created, and three exorcists arrived one after another, namely Five Elements Fist, Tian Canjiao and Kong Gongzi. The appearance of these three images is a bit abrupt, but there is the director's expressive logic behind them. Where did the images of the three come from? Some of them come from director Stephen Chow's memory of Cantonese films, such as Tian Can Jiao and Miss Duan's magical weapon, the Indeterminate Flying Ring, both from "The Palm of the Tathagata".

But what is the meaning expressed by these three characters? Some people say that asking whether the meaning behind each setting is too pursued or over-interpreted is to understand movies. The interweaving of sound, light and color is a language of expression. A movie is full of metaphors and full of images; a movie is good if its metaphors are clever and full of images.

When Xuanzang was sure that Miss Duan was his reality, three demon-conquerors appeared one after another. In fact, it represents what the heart can become under the purpose. Miss Duan represents Xuanzang's desire to conquer demons, which was denied by Xuanzang due to violence. But after being shattered into pieces, Xuanzang was shaken and recognized!

When the purpose was recognized, Xuanzang was stunned and immediately became vigilant. Because when the purpose is recognized, there is a danger of replacing the original intention. How many people in the world, for the sake of justice, end up getting lost in the means and are beyond redemption.

The image of the three demon conquerors is greater than the plot. This shows that the image setting itself is the meaning of the character's appearance. Since the meaning is in the image, it is necessary to analyze the characteristics of the image. The Five Elements Quan appeared as a tiger, but later it was discovered that it was a human elephant. It transformed into a mantis to confront the pig demon, and could resist the savagery with strength. He is a human and takes the form of an animal. Why?

Human beings are the spirit of all things, and the image of animals is to borrow power from the form of law. The purpose of simulating the dynamics of animal forms is to stimulate corresponding power, but everything is originally contained in the body. If you stand with your head held high, you will be a human, while if you bow your head and turn your back to the sky, you will be an animal. However, the difference between humans and animals is not actually in their form, but in their behavior.

Giving up oneself and turning into a beast form in order to gain power is the Five Elements of Beidou.

The Tin Can Foot is an old image that appeared as early as the Cantonese film era. It is both a name and a superb stunt. The beauty of this image is that it is deformed and enlarged. The originally atrophied legs can be enlarged into extremely powerful crippled legs. Congenital deficiencies have gone to another extreme, which is another kind of unnatural.

Are people perfect? Physically speaking, he cannot run as fast as a leopard, cannot climb as well as an ape, cannot dive as well as a fish, cannot fly as well as a bird... It seems that all these are deficiencies, but human beings have wisdom that is unmatched by birds and beasts. The Five Elements Boxer uses natural animals to obtain its power, so the Tiancanjiao symbolizes the transcendent part of human power.

Kong Kong is arrogant and arrogant, but also deformed. Although he is sickly, he shows frightening sword skills as soon as he appears. That was no ordinary sword skill, but a flying sword. The complexion is pale and lifeless, and the eye sockets are dark and tired, which is a sign of lack of Qi and blood and physical weakness. Such a person needs to move on his own behalf, but he can control a flying sword.

When the sword flies away from the body, it is different from holding the sword in the hand, and it is very different from the world. Because what a person can do is originally within the body, and what affects things outside the body is no longer the power of the body, but has already entered into the supernatural. Religious traditions often contain theories about supernatural powers, which can drive external objects through various phenomena. Many monsters and monsters in Ming and Qing novels have this ability, and the most famous ones are the so-called sword fairies in the novels of the Republic of China. This is what Young Master Kong symbolizes. His mind is connected to external objects and he thinks he is his own body. In fact, if he looks at his weak and sick body, he will know that he is actually losing his body.

When Xuanzang hugged Miss Duan in shock, the recognition of his original mind was blurred, and the three strange people appeared, which represented the three kinds of misunderstandings that easily occurred after the original intention recognized himself.

The first type, like the Five Elements Boxing, develops all kinds of supernatural powers of the physical body and acts like beasts. The body is greater than the mind. The second type is like a crippled leg in the sky, where the physical body is transformed and transformed by external forces. This is because one sees oneself as crippled and deceives the body due to the desire to have insufficient needs.

The third type, like Mr. Kong, is a complete separation of body and mind, and this heart is placed in someone else. When the mind is outside the body, it ignores the body, so it ignores all the defects in the body. But what should be noted is the funny scene where Mr. Kong appears, which is ambiguous between emptiness and kidney deficiency. Although it is a joke, it can be seen that he is abusing his body. However, since then, all kinds of appointments have been made, regardless of gender, and it is obvious that the pleasure is still in the physical body, and the separation of body and mind leads to mental and physical confusion. This is an empty son!

The original mind is consciousness, pseudonymously called mind; the self is feeling, condensed into one body. The mind is towards oneself, but the body is in the eyes of others. From the heart to the body, it is from nothing to something, and it is also from oneself to others. Chinese tradition has taught about self-cultivation since ancient times, regardless of Confucianism or Taoism. How is this body? It is the origin of the heart and the end of the behavior, which is related to the destiny of this life. The three misguided paths show three attitudes towards the self, and what a brave and diligent self can become after being recognized by the original heart.

Distortion, amplification, and ultimately self-destruction, all in order to become the best exorcist in the world. What is number one in the world? That is the ultimate in self.

Being number one in the world is an old proposition and is often pursued as the number one villain in martial arts novels. But it usually appears as a setting, is denied by the protagonist, and then fails to eliminate its meaning. But there are few works that can explain clearly why people strive to be number one in the world.

From my understanding, the so-called No. 1 in the world means fighting for the No. 1 position in the world, but actually fighting for freedom. It's just that this part of freedom is not real freedom, but the desire and desire that people have when facing the material world and the world of struggle. They hope not to be bound and troubled by material things, and not to be oppressed by other powerful individuals and forces, so they want to be number one in the world. The desire for power essentially stems from a fear of being bullied and a psychology of self-realization. The so-called power is actually what people want to do themselves. But after amplification, people who don't want to be bullied start bullying others instead.

In the individual relationship between people, there are differences between strong and weak, wise and foolish, and outnumbered, so struggles are prone to occur. It is not easy to want to be yourself. Because you have a body, you need material satisfaction; because you have a soul, you need the satisfaction of wishes.

The meaning of being number one in the world is reflected in this. Because I am number one, I stand at the highest point. No one can hinder the extension of myself. To put it bluntly, no one will stop my freedom anymore. But with a discerning eye, one can see that this is not freedom, but the endless expansion of one's own desires. Worldly desires are all in fame and wealth.

Just as Prince Kong asked Xuanzang what he did, Xuanzang said that he was not a beggar, but also an exorcist. Mr. Kong Kong replied, "I can see that I will give you some food." Perhaps in his mind, it was not that Xuanzang looked like a beggar, but that even though he was an exorcist, all he wanted was food.

Xuanzang saw this clearly and was horrified, so he said loudly: "You are still fighting for fame and fortune. You are simply not worthy of being an exorcist!"

The three of them are all people who want something, they have deceived their true intentions and worked hard, and each has achieved success. But when facing the last demon king, Sun Wukong bit out the Five Elements Fist's throat and laughed sarcastically, "What kind of beast are you pretending to be in front of me!"; after punching Tian Canji's giant foot, he said, "Tian Can's foot is stepping on it." It's nailed!" After using his golden body to defeat the flying sword, he said, "I had a lot of fun today!" All three of them failed at their strongest abilities. They were self-destructive. Self-reliance. A puff of evil wind and black energy hit him, and his entire body was turned into ashes.

After meeting the three exorcists, Xuanzang resolutely left Miss Duan again. With the affirmation of the original mind, the self will inevitably achieve a certain appearance, but this is an inversion. It should be the return of the self to the original mind. When Xuanzang saw the three exorcists, he saw his future after confirming Miss Duan, and leaving became inevitable.

Miss Duan expressed her intention to follow, but Xuanzang's attitude suddenly changed and he said directly that it was you who had repeatedly hindered my path to Buddhism, and he yelled and wanted to pay him back. Three hundred children's songs. Returning the song is originally an expression, with the intention of getting back one's true nature from oneself.

Miss Duan was angered by this ruthlessness, because she thought Xuanzang was still "good" before, but she didn't expect Xuanzang to change so quickly. In anger, he immediately tore up three hundred children's songs, which was tantamount to denying Xuanzang's original intention.

This means that Xuanzang's original intention is wrong. Of course, Xuanzang will not understand this until later.

After Miss Duan beat Xuanzang and scolded him for being incompetent, there was a line that said, "If it weren't for me, would you be alive today?" This line reminds people of another movie, namely Life of Pi directed by Ang Lee. Without this body, where would the mind be?

Without self, how can you see your true heart? Without Miss Duan, how could we see Chen Xuanzang? The problem is that Miss Duan only appeared in response to a request and was not what she really meant. Xuanzang could only refuse. The reason here is very simple. One day you laugh at a joke. Are you the one who laughs? Is this all you? So also in life, the self that arises when facing every encounter is me?

Mencius said that those who use their minds to their fullest will know their nature. Devoting your whole heart is not enough. Devoting your whole heart is the basis for understanding your true nature, but you need to make a breakthrough to understand your true nature.

Xuan Zang set out on the road again, going through hardships and hardships, and finally arrived at the old temple. This is not only an old temple, but also an old and dilapidated temple, but there is no Wuzhishan. Master said that it is 1,300 feet high and 256 feet wide. Even a blind man can see it.

How can a blind man see? Because a person's eyes may be blind, but his heart will not be blind. Seeing Buddha cannot be seen with the eyes, only with the heart. What you see with your eyes is just a human being, not a Buddha. The design of Flowers in the Mirror and Moon in the Water is not a reflection, but an inversion. Only by not being upside down can we see the Buddha. Therefore, the Diamond Sutra says: "If you see me with forms and seek me with sounds, you will follow the wrong path and cannot see the Tathagata." Only by understanding it with your heart can you be non-inverted. So why is it that the words on the stone jar are reflections, while the words in the water are the true form of the words. The real world is upside down, but the mind is not upside down. Xuanzang was able to see the Buddha not by looking at his reflection, but by realizing that he is not upside down. The Buddha is in the right view, so he sees that the mountains, rivers and the earth are all Dharmakaya, and the towering mountains are the Buddha's body.

From the perspective of comedy film language, this is a great idea, giving people a refreshing viewing experience, which is reasonable but unexpected. It can be seen from this that Stephen Chow's success lies here. It is reasonable and meets the audience's expectations.

Sun Wukong in the cave in the mountain, Huang Bo’s interpretation of Sun Wukong greatly exceeds the previous image of Sun Wukong. Both the human form and the real body are filled with a violent evil spirit, bravery, inaction, and supernatural powers. The image of the general big brother is far from the same. But there is no doubt that this is a successful version of the image of Sun Wukong. The success lies in the fact that this image reasonably interprets itself.

Sun Wukong in the chapter on Conquering Demons is a demon king who was suppressed by the Buddha and still remains demonic. As Master Xuanzang said, he is fierce, cunning, sinister and extremely difficult to deal with. The pig demon is already so powerful, so it is easy to defeat the pig demon. This can also be seen from the design of the plot. Sun Wukong used various methods such as deceiving, showing weakness, and pretending to be true, and finally deceived Xuanzang into breaking the sealed lotus.

Sun Wukong is the last of the three demons and the most powerful monster. He is called the king of kings by his master. What is so powerful about him? At the end of the film, Xuanzang has a self-narration that can reveal the setting of the Three Demons. Xuanzang said, "Only when you have experienced pain can you know the true suffering of all living beings; only when you have experienced attachment can you let go of your attachment; only when you have experienced worry can you be free from worry."

Those who experience pain are fish monsters; The one who is overly persistent is the pig demon; as for the one who is concerned, it is Sun Wukong. Some people may think that the pig demon is also very painful. In fact, it is not, because the pain is simple and there is not much emotional entanglement. The pig demon's feelings are very deep, and it is an obsession that has lost its starting point and end point. As for Sun Wukong, why is he concerned? No worries, everything is put aside. Is this word too light to apply to Sun Wukong, or does it mean that you don’t understand the point at all?

In fact, the correct pronunciation of "了无 worry" is to pause after the word "了". The word "了" means "无 worry"!

What is worry-free? It means no love, no love. Sun Wukong is like this, he loves nothing. Among the three demons, the pain of the fish demon and the persistence of the pig demon, to be honest, there is love in them. They are all humans transformed into demons. Only Sun Wukong is not. He is born a demon, not human, nor does he have any experience of emotional frustration. His problem is that he has no love.

Without love, there is no meaning. Everything in life has just become a game and a fight.

The film does not even explain why Sun Wukong was suppressed by Tathagata under the Wuzhi Mountain. Is it just because he is a monster? Of course not. The so-called repentance in Sun Wukong's mouth seems to reveal the Buddha's purpose of suppressing him, which is to make him repent. So what exactly is repentance?

Starting from the fish demon, we know that the so-called three demons are actually the problems Xuanzang faced. Xuanzang also suffered from the fish demon's pain; Xuanzang also suffered from the pig demon's deep love, but Xuanzang's choice was different. So when it comes to Sun Wukong, what is Xuanzang’s problem? It was he who rejected Miss Duan.

This rejection, until he subdued the pig demon, was tantamount to letting go of his persistence in love. Only after understanding this can we understand why Xuanzang rejected Miss Duan so firmly, even breaking his own fingers and severing contact with Miss Duan.

The uncertain flying ring is not love, but the fateful encounter. What Xuanzang wants to end is this point of origin. What does it mean when 300 children's songs were torn into pieces? Was Xuanzang's rejection of Miss Duan because he didn't love her? No, it was because he thought he wanted to pursue great love, so he isolated himself. In other words, he no longer cared about Miss Duan and found a reason to deny this love. With this denial, the three hundred children's songs that represented the inherent goodness were also torn to pieces.

After subduing the pig demon, Xuanzang gave up the idea of ??love and emptied his heart. That’s why I am so decisive. I recognize that my thoughts are clear and I am clear that what I seek is from the Buddha. Then I naturally cut off interference.

As a result, Xuanzang left goodness and Buddha. Xuanzang would release Sun Wukong because he himself became a Sun Wukong.

What is the Demon King Sun Wukong? A heart that is isolated from love and hate, a heart that has entered into nothing. Nothing can be done, so it cannot be broken, because there is nothing left.

When people in the world encounter love and hate, and give up love because of injustice, they are in pain. This is the fish demon. When the world's love is betrayed, and you persist because you are confused and wonder why others don't love you, you are a pig demon. When people in the world give up on love, ignore everything, and are imprisoned by Buddha, this is Sun Wukong, the demon king.

Sun Wukong is a loveless demon king. Without love, he destroys everything, even himself.

A heart without love will destroy oneself first? So Sun Wukong's first step was to kill Xuanzang. How could Xuanzang not resist, so three exorcists appeared. At this time, I understood that these exorcists were all Xuanzang, and they were the masters of Xuanzang, but they were all defeated by this born demon king.

Why did the Buddha imprison Sun Wukong? Because Buddha wants to love! Buddha, forbid those who have no love. As the old saying goes: Immortality is the bone of immortality, passion is the heart of Buddha!

When the three exorcists died and the situation was in danger, Miss Duan appeared again. Xuanzang's love for himself finally broke out at the moment of destruction, but was eventually broken up by Sun Wukong and turned into ashes. At this moment, Xuanzang saw that his beloved was about to die, and then he truly faced himself and acknowledged his love with his own mouth.

Becoming a Buddha, what is becoming a Buddha?

It turns out that you should not cover yourself with self-righteous thoughts.

Is becoming a Buddha for the sake of all sentient beings?

You yourself are all living beings. Since you love all living beings, you should not make any distinction and bypass yourself. This is a sign, it is your own mind that is simulating the state of a Buddha, and it is your own definition of Buddha.

Why does Xuanzang distinguish between great love and small love?

Because he separates himself from all living beings. What does it mean to separate oneself from all living beings is to claim oneself as a Buddha. When a person holds himself to the realm and standards of a Buddha, what he says and does is self-professing to be a Buddha. Of course, claiming to be a Buddha is not becoming a Buddha, it is becoming a demon.

After understanding this, the three hundred children's songs that were torn into pieces were pieced together into the Great Sun Tathagata Sutra. The Great Sun Tathagata is one of the three bodies of the Buddha, the Dharmakaya Buddha. The so-called big sun means that it is like the sun, shining brightly. Since it is all-encompassing, one will not miss oneself, nor will one deliberately avoid oneself.

Three Hundred Children's Songs is kindness, but it is love, but it is Xuanzang's self-righteous love, which is good to others and self-righteous. The self-righteous goodness is torn apart, and what is revealed again is the true goodness. If you are careful, you can see four words next to the spelled-out Great Sun Tathagata Sutra, which is vaguely "Love Sees Your Love". It is precisely because of love that we can see love. A ruthless person has no love.

Why is it the Great Sun Tathagata Sutra and not other Buddhist sutras? Because the Great Sun Tathagata represents the Dharmakaya, and the Dharmakaya has no form! After destroying all external appearances, the Dharmakaya will be seen. This is why the plot designs Miss Duan to be shattered into dust and ashes. After the self phase disappears, the reality will naturally appear.

Does it take ten thousand years to love someone? You must know that love only exists at this moment, because with this moment, there will be ten thousand years. When we talk about love lasting ten thousand years, we are actually not talking about love, but about satisfaction and the vanity of the heart. True love is only in this moment.

Under the Great Sun Tathagata Sutra, a large mountain was erected as a Buddha. This is not a Buddha, it is a Buddha statue, so it will be smashed by Sun Wukong's punch, and then there will be an image of emptiness, but it is still not a Buddha. It is the power of the dependent origin of sex and emptiness, so it can suppress Sun Wukong's stubborn emptiness without love.

In the original text of "Journey to the West", Wuzhi Mountain is also called Five Elements Mountain. The title of the seventh chapter is: The Great Sage Escapes from the Bagua Furnace and the Calming Monkey Bends from the Five Elements Mountain. It means that Bagua can escape and the Five Elements cannot be separated. If we are separated from the five elements, how can we still be a great sage? Didn’t you see that after the Great Sage left the Five Elements Mountain, he reunited with Tang Seng, Bajie, Sha Seng and Long Ma?
