As a middle school teacher, what measures do you have to mediate the classroom atmosphere?

I am a middle school teacher, I teach Chinese, and my classroom atmosphere has been very active.

First of all, I am an affinity person (the characteristics of a female teacher);

Prepare lessons well before the second class, understand the text, and arrange teaching according to the acceptable level of your students;

The third is to attach importance to classroom introduction. I generally don't like sensational or sensational introductions in information books. Basically, I always take the weather of the day or some hot spots that students pay attention to. Sometimes the lines or lyrics of film and television dramas are taken as the starting point, so that students are more interested and it is easy to narrow the distance between teachers and students.

The fourth classroom teaching link should not be too stiff, nor should it be taught to promote teaching. Even if only one knowledge point is mentioned in this class, it should be thoroughly explained, and it is forbidden to memorize all of them.

In the fifth class, we should learn to create bright spots, such as joking and telling a joke ((harmless, related to teaching, or can arouse students' enthusiasm for attending classes), and we can also extend the knowledge points of the text after class. Sixth, we should give students enough time to think, and then use the way of competition to test the knowledge points learned and cultivate students' sense of competition.

Seventh, teaching methods should be diversified. Don't follow the three-year model. Today's children are curious and like the new and hate the old, so teachers should always innovate, but at the same time remember that the purpose of innovation is to attract students' attention and make them fall in love with learning, not to engage in ostentation and extravagance, otherwise the classroom effect will be very poor.

Eighth, class should be fair and just, don't always give opportunities to good students, and don't just pay attention to good students. We should take care of both good and bad, especially those introverted children who don't like to talk, and give them more opportunities.
