"Out of reach": Have you seen the warm journey across classes?

A down-and-out black man and a rich white man are very interesting just because of two skin colors, but what is more severe than skin color is that class, taste, artistic edification, money status and upbringing are all two extremes. You may think that such a relationship can only appear in movies, but this movie is based on a true story.

In the film, the black Dexis is a poor boy with many criminal records who lives on unemployment benefits, while the white Philip is a rich man with a private jet. Every day, he spends hundreds of millions of dollars to buy it except listening to operas and visiting art exhibitions, but Dexis thinks that the painting that Philip likes is just a pool of blood.

That's the way to call a spade a spade. Poor but optimistic Dexis was hired by Philip even though he stole Philip's "golden egg" and was seen through from the beginning.

The rich man who sits in a wheelchair every day needs not only meticulous professional doctors to take care of him, but also "low-level" jokes that he has never been exposed to.

An interesting passage in the film is that Desches painted a picture by himself, which Philip showed to his collector friend, falsely claiming that it was a painting to be exhibited in Berlin, and the collector bought it for 11, euros.

The friend Philip contacts every day is just like this collector, but in Philip's heart, he knows that Dexis is more sincere than this collector friend.

In terms of art appreciation, many people appreciate not the painting itself, but the "titles" behind the painting, but Philip is so simple that he ignores these titles, which is what makes him particularly precious in Philip's eyes.

It's not that you like classical music because you have elegant taste, but it's more worthy of respect that you have no prejudice against all kinds of music in your heart. Dexis was not shy at Philip's birthday party, which led everyone to dance with pop music. While releasing his nature, his optimism also infected everyone in the place.

Although the classes of the two people are completely different, there is one thing that is * * *, and that is respect. We can see in the movie that the black Dexis respects everyone, but his skin color was not respected by everyone at the beginning. He treats Philip like a normal person, sometimes forgetting that he is a nurse. He and Philip are like old friends together.

Although Philip is disabled, he has a strong self-esteem. Later, when he was fed by another nurse in a white coat, he felt that he was treating him like a madman in an insane asylum. When he had dinner with Dexis, he often let Philip eat by himself and forgot that he was serving a disabled person. In Philip's mind, this respect was far greater than the class difference between the two people.

In real life, if Philip didn't have a disability, he might never get in touch with people like black Desi, and he would never get to know such people. It is precisely because Philip did not discriminate against blacks from the beginning, and he did not look at blacks with colored eyes, so he was not prejudiced when he was in contact with Dexis.

One has no prejudice and the other has no sympathy, so their hearts can communicate with each other. Therefore, the class differences need to be diluted by both sides, otherwise this wall will always exist.
