Practicing Buddhism is for liberation. What is the realm of liberation? What is liberation? Please show me.

Liberation is to break the bondage and get rid of it. Getting rid of bondage means freedom. So liberation is freedom, that is, happiness from suffering, without worry and pain, which is what Buddhism longs for and the realization of the highest ideal.

According to the five-fold teaching method, the situation of liberation can be roughly divided into:

1, the law of harmony between man and nature: can temporarily get rid of poverty, hardship, disease, etc. , and temporarily get the happiness of man and nature (wealth, family, health and longevity, five desires, meditation and joy, etc.). ); However, it has not been freed from the suffering of reincarnation, and it is still inevitable that "heaven and man will decline five times" and so on.

Satisfy your desires by cultivating happiness and get rid of pain temporarily.

2, two liberation: you can really suffer, avoid the pain of reincarnation, enter nirvana, and get rid of the three realms; However, this kind of freedom from suffering is actually just an ignorant problem (the three realms of self disappear, and there are no more three realms of self). It's just that there is no pain, but there is no joy, and it can't benefit all beings.

It is convenient to call it liberation.

3. Buddha and Bodhisattva Ride: Become a Buddha after all! What I practice is liberation, and I will always be happy and clean. I can always appear in the three realms and enjoy countless beings.

What a relief!

Buddhist practice objectives and methods are mainly divided into five-multiplication teaching methods, which are summarized as follows:

1, the law of heaven and man (majoring in five precepts and ten good deeds), that is, Taoism, Christianity, Confucianism and other religions that promote the law of heaven and man;

2, Hinayana (two-way) solution: the goal is to break ignorance and trouble (just to break the current confusion and confusion; It doesn't involve ignorance without beginning and the confusion of dust and sand). The five meanings of experience make me empty, and I no longer recognize my conscious mind as my true self (something that can be empty). The experienced person has no me, and I hold on to it. , mainly for their own personal suffering and liberation from the three realms.

(The fruit is: Arhat, Vishnu Buddha.

But this kind of cultivation is actually just an ignorant thing. It is not bitter, but it is not happy, and it cannot benefit all beings.

3. Mahayana Buddhist Bodhisattva: The goal is to benefit all sentient beings, to seek Buddhism and Taoism, and to get rid of ignorance (not only the current situation of seeing chaos, but also the seeds of sleeping with them for the second time in monasticism); The five elements of experience make me empty, and I no longer recognize the conscious mind as the true self (something that can be emptied), which breaks my persistence, but makes me confused and moist, and I can no longer enter nirvana; Furthermore, it is proved that the eighth thought of knowing the body is sincere, and there is no beginning, no extinction and no ignorance, so as to further get rid of the troubles in the obstacles known by the dust and sand, and turn away from the eighth thought, that is, Araya, who is unfamiliar and innocent, achieved nirvana with all kinds of wisdom, achieved four-wisdom three-body, and always enjoyed himself, and benefited all beings with enlightened wisdom, even after becoming a Buddha.

The mental state of the liberator proves the reality of various laws, which is indescribable. If it is convenient, it can be expressed in three things:

(a) Light: a clear experience without a trace of trance and ignorance. He is not only self-testifying, his heart is radiant, and he has an intuition that blends with the great light;

(2) ethereal: I just feel that everything is clear and there is nothing to cling to. Like a hand touching the void, like a lotus without dust;

(3) Joy: Let go of the burden of troubles and gain unprecedented peace and happiness. This is not a general joy, but a wonderful joy separated from joy and poured out in an equal house.

The liberator's mood is different from that of ordinary people.

First, no worries and no regrets: saints have no worries.

Two. There is no doubt, there is no doubt: people who prove liberation, because of their true insights, show absolute confidence from the heart, and there is no doubt that they are no longer influenced by other people's mouths.

Third, don't forget: you won't forget what you have learned, just as you won't forget yourself. In any case, you can present it directly and clearly.

The theory of abstinence from three wisdom is the basic method of Buddhist liberation.

The principle of liberation is sexual emptiness, and the purpose of liberation is selflessness. Buddhism calls the practice of liberation Tao "practice" and enters the realm of liberation, which is not bound by life and death. Therefore, it is a life-and-death worry and a hole to get rid of ship leakage.

(1) discipline

The definition of words and deeds is what can't be done and what can't be done.

1. There are three occupations: don't kill, don't steal, and don't commit adultery;

2. There are four oral occupations: no two tongues, no bad words, no obscene words and no scattered words;

3. There are three types of careers: no greed, no resentment and no Jaken.

Only those who believe in cause and effect can keep the discipline clean and the inner peace.

(2) revision

Meditation is meditation. If abstinence is for good and evil and meditation is for mind, then the name of meditation is Zen. The repairman had better sit still first. When sitting quietly, you must pay attention to the following items:

First, there must be a quiet environment; Secondly, we should have a calm heart;

Second, we should have a stable sitting posture. Whether sitting cross-legged, sitting cross-legged, or sitting cross-legged, the purpose is just to balance the body's center of gravity and keep sitting. If the old man's legs and feet are inconvenient, he can also hang his legs on the ground without food.

Third, it's best to focus on a point two or three feet ahead, don't pay attention to it, and don't give it up, or you'll be distracted if you don't faint. If your eyes feel uncomfortable, you can close them temporarily and then open them slightly.

If some people are not used to sitting still, their mood is too scattered and chaotic to calm down, then they should practice other methods, such as worshipping Buddha, chanting Buddha, repenting and chanting Buddha. It depends on the otherness of Buddha and Bodhisattva and encourages us to be self-reliant.

(3) Xiuhui

Wisdom is wisdom. The purpose of practicing Buddhism is to seek liberation. If you only practice precepts without wisdom, you won't be free. The role of abstinence is like a medicine for treating diseases; Fixed function, like a tonic; The function of wisdom is like knowledge guiding life. After treating illness and strengthening the body, you have to have superhuman reason to achieve great things.

Generally, the sources of wisdom are divided into four categories: Wen Hui, Sihui, Xiuhui and Zheng Hui. The wisdom gained from listening (including reading) is called Wen Hui; The experience gained after thinking from the heart is called thinking wisdom; Then put your own experience into practice, and the experience gained from practice is called cultivating wisdom; If you can personally experience the true essence of this experience, it is Zheng Hui.
