196 1 year ~ 1990 worked in the first automobile factory, and once served as deputy director of Changchun automobile research institute, director of national automobile quality supervision and inspection center and director of Hainan proving ground.

199 1 year ~ 1999 worked in China automotive technology research center. In the meantime, he served as deputy director and director of the center, dean of the Automotive Industry Planning and Design Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, executive director of the China Automobile Industry Association, director of the Automobile Ride Comfort Professional Committee, vice chairman and director of the China Automobile Quality Management Association, deputy director and secretary general of the National Automobile Standardization Technical Committee, member of the Planning Review Committee of the Machinery Industry Bureau, and science and technology of the State Machinery Industry Bureau.

Professor Wang Binggang is currently the editor-in-chief of China Journal of Highway and Transportation, and the chairman of the teaching steering committee of road, bridge and traffic engineering in colleges and universities. China, one of the main founders of pavement design theory and method, has presided over dozens of national and provincial-level scientific research projects, mainly including "composite pavement design and construction technology", "roller compacted concrete and asphalt concrete composite pavement construction technology", "highway maintenance technology and standards", "research on cross-structure pavement and bridge deck" and "research on typical structure of subgrade and pavement in plateau permafrost regions", among which many appraisal results have reached the international advanced level and some achievements have reached. Publicly published more than 80 academic papers and 7 works, and participated in the compilation and review of many design specifications. 10 Many scientific research achievements have won provincial awards from the Ministry of State, and 199 1 year enjoys special government subsidies from the State Council.
