How to understand "being alive"

Living and living is a human dream, but the standard of "living" is different.

Some people simply understand it as "ownership", that is, all property rights belong to themselves. Whether it is a one-time payment or installment payment, buying a house is a huge expense for the working class, so the "house slave" appeared.

Every month, you have to pay half or more of your disposable income to repay the loan principal and interest. You are afraid to spend, afraid of raising interest rates and worrying about unemployment, which will lead to a decline in the quality of family life and make people lose their happiness in life. And such days usually last for 20 to 30 years.

In fact, a reasonable housing consumption structure includes both buying houses and renting houses. In some developed countries, the proportion of renting houses is high, especially for low-and middle-income people. It is a common practice to guarantee the staged housing demand through leasing.

Others set the standard of "existence" too high. The standards of "buying a house in one step" and "at least three rooms and one living room" make many low-income houses unbearable in life.

Some people have advanced the age of "you". Data show that the average age of residents in many developed countries is around 40 years old. In some cities in China, the average age of buyers is only 27.

Realization method

The realization of "home ownership" also requires people to change their housing concepts. Starting from the national conditions of China, we should establish a moderate, reasonable and economical housing consumption concept, and do not blindly compare with others, so as to enlarge our housing expectations. For many young people, we can consider renting a house first, or buying a small apartment, and gradually improve housing conditions with the increase of economic strength.

Throughout the ages, housing is always full of many hopes and longings. With the continuous development of economy and society and the deepening of housing system reform, through the unremitting efforts of the party, government and all walks of life, the housing problem of the masses will be better solved, and the goal of "living and living" will gradually become a reality.
