Wenxian Uprising, also known as Xijiao Uprising, is commonly known as An Baili Uprising. The site is centered on Bailongchi Village, Tianhuang Town, Zoucheng City, and is surrounded by Zaoyuan, Chaoyang Temple, Xinzhuang and other villages. In the mountains around Fenghuang Mountain and Xiaohongshan Mountain, the village walls and tombs of Wenxian rebels are still preserved.

On the sunny slopes of Zaoyuan Mountain and Donglu Mountain, there are two inscriptions, namely "Inscription on Buried Bones of Bandits in An Baili" and "Inscription on Buried Bones in Bailianchi", as well as 14 tombs and two tombs of lonely souls, which were established by the Qing government.

The two existing monuments of Mengfu are as follows:

Leaders Song Jipeng and Li Jiu both died heroically. At this point, the Wenxian Rebel Army, which had been struggling for three years, finally failed.

As soon as the Qing army entered Bailianchi, it immediately carried out a terrible massacre. Up to now, there are still several burial places of rebel martyrs, commonly known as "mass graves". Two local stone tablets record the existing Li Meng Building.
