For vehicles with explosion-proof membrane or later explosion-proof membrane, because the explosion-proof membrane contains metal ions, it will affect the signal transmission of microwave communication link, so it should be installed in the "microwave skylight" belt, or a rectangular area of 8cmX 10cm should be opened for the explosion-proof membrane.

5. If the car glass is too thick or modified, the signal transmission of ETC equipment may fail. At this time, it is necessary to find a professional in the repair shop to solve it.

ETC installation considerations:

1. When receiving the equipment, first check whether the ETC card and electronic tag (OBU) are damaged. Press the tamper-proof button on the back of OBU, the red light will light up briefly, and the words "invalid label" and "please insert card" will be displayed on the OLED screen, indicating that the equipment is normal.

2. Clean the front windshield to keep the glass surface smooth, clean and dry, then tear off the OBU adhesive-backed protective film, stick it on the middle and upper part of the front windshield, and press it by hand for 2-3 minutes to drive out bubbles. Stick it in a place that does not affect the solar power panel behind and the driver's sight.

3. The front of 3.ETC card faces the driver and the back faces the front windshield, and the chip part should be inserted into OBU equipment.
