Retirement refers to the withdrawal of a conscript from active service. Conscripts are soldiers and first-class non-commissioned officers and second-class non-commissioned officers who are recruited to serve in the army in accordance with the Military Service Law. These non-commissioned officers are low-level non-commissioned officers and do not enjoy transfer benefits. Due to age restrictions, these comrades had no choice but to retire.
