On November 25, 2021, according to reports, Shanghai City reported 3 local confirmed cases, Hangzhou City reported 2 local asymptomatic infections, and Xuzhou City reported 1 local asymptomatic infection. In order to consolidate the results of epidemic prevention and control in our county, strictly prevent the importation of the epidemic, and accurately implement prevention and control measures, the Gu'an County Center for Disease Control and Prevention issued the following urgent reminder:

1. Strengthen proactive reporting. Anyone who has lived in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou, and Xuzhou since November 11th; participated in the "2021 First China International Finance and Taxation Expo and the 4th FLF China Finance and Taxation Leaders Frontier Summit" held in Shanghai on the 17th and 18th "People who have recently traveled to medium- and high-risk areas or cities where people infected with the new coronavirus are located; or people whose itinerary coincides with the release of reported cases in China; and people who come to Guangdong with abnormal health codes must promptly and proactively report to the community , units, and hotel check-in reports, and actively cooperate with the implementation of relevant control measures. All localities, departments, stations, markets, hotels, stores, etc. must proactively investigate, strengthen management and control, and strictly implement temperature measurement and code verification. Anyone who fails to report or cooperate with prevention and control measures and causes adverse consequences will be held accountable in accordance with the law.

2. Timely nucleic acid testing. Do not go out unless necessary. After traveling and returning to your hometown, you must take a nucleic acid test as soon as possible.

3. Take personal protection. Wear masks scientifically, wash hands frequently, ventilate frequently, and maintain social distance. Large-scale gatherings and party activities are not encouraged.

4. Do a good job in health monitoring. Always pay attention to the physical health of individuals and their families. Once symptoms such as fever, dry cough, diarrhea, etc. occur, immediately go to the designated fever clinic for screening and treatment, and try to avoid taking public transportation during the treatment.
