Yes. Through Tianyan's Qingyang Railway inquiry, we learned that Ding Baoqiang won the bid for the Pingliang to Qingyang Railway project. Qingyang, known as Longdong in Xi'an, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Gansu Province. Qingyang is located in the western region of China and the eastern part of Gansu Province. It borders Yijun, Huangling, Fuxian, Ganquan, and Zhidan counties in Shaanxi Province to the east, and Dingbian, Wuqi, and Zhidan counties in Shaanxi Province to the north and Yanchi County of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
