1. During the shutdown period, the construction site must strictly abide by the fire prevention regulations of the power plant and the on-site fire prevention system. It is prohibited to set off fireworks and firecrackers in the factory area. When using heating facilities in the duty room, special personnel must be supervised. 3. During the shutdown period, each construction site must arrange dedicated personnel to implement a 24-hour duty system. Personnel on duty should strengthen inspections of key areas of the construction site, eliminate potential safety hazards at the construction site and office areas in a timely manner, do a good job in preventing theft, fire prevention, safe use of electricity, etc., and do a good job in their own safety protection. 4. In the near future, special efforts should be made to supervise the sources of major accidents such as tall formwork support systems, deep foundation pit projects, and lifting machinery, and implement various measures to prevent falls from heights and major collapse accidents. Strictly prevent the occurrence of production safety accidents. We must attach great importance to fire safety and electricity safety at construction sites. A comprehensive inspection of migrant worker dormitories at construction sites must be carried out immediately. Any safety hazards such as insufficient safety passages or occupied safety passages must be rectified immediately to ensure the safety of construction workers.

3. Do a good job in sanitation and epidemic prevention and civilized construction work

The migrant workers’ dormitories and canteens at the construction site must be separated. Education workers are not allowed to drink alcohol or gamble to prevent the occurrence of diseases or incidents that disturb social order. Construction sites during the Spring Festival must avoid nighttime noise, construction dust, traffic jams, etc. to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of citizens.

4. Strict holiday duty system

During the holidays, special personnel should be arranged to be on duty and responsible for the daily management of the construction site. The mobile phone of the construction site leader should be kept open to respond to various emergencies that occur during the festival. Incidents and abnormal situations must be reported promptly in accordance with regulations.

5. Create a festive atmosphere

Hang up safe and festive slogans, lanterns (lights are required to be turned on at night), colorful flags, etc. Do a good job of cleanliness and sanitation around the site;
