3. Environmental supervision and management tasks have been implemented

3. The problem in the alkali fusion process is that the water vapor tail gas generated by the reaction has an odor. Although it has been sprayed and absorbed by the alkali mist absorption tower and condensed and recovered, there is still an odor in the discharged water vapor. , the effect is not ideal. Through investigation and demonstration, we learned from the advanced experience in the same industry, and decided to carry out the third transformation, investing about more than 2 million yuan. We adopted an independent condensation system for the exhaust gas of the alkali fusion digester, increased the spray alkali flow, and increased the condensation area. , improve the absorption effect, and finally the exhaust gas is used as the combustion-supporting air of the alkali furnace for high-temperature combustion.

IV. Existing Problems
