1. Bridge superstructure

The superstructure of Jiahua Bridge is a single box and single room vertical web structure with variable cross section. The top width of single box is 17.8m, the bottom width is 9.8m, the flange plate is 4m long, the root beam height of box beam is 15.5m, which is the main span116.3, and the middle beam is 5m high, which is the main span 1/50, and the beam bottom is 650. The thickness of the web is changed from 100cm (fulcrum) to ~45cm (mid-span), and the size of each section of No.0 beam section of the main girder is appropriately increased. Set a fulcrum diaphragm beam, the thickness of diaphragm beam at the top of pier No.0 is 100cm, and the thickness of diaphragm beam at the beam end is 150cm. The middle span is provided with a transverse partition of 40cm. No.0 block length 12m, cantilever construction beam section is divided into 3m, 3.5m and 4m, and closure section is 2m. The maximum pouring weight of cantilever casting is 350t, and C55 concrete is used for box girder. The top surface of box girder is provided with 2% one-way transverse slope, and the web is provided with exhaust holes.

The box girder adopts three-dimensional prestressed system. PE corrugated pipe and vacuum grouting technology are used for prestressed pipeline.

Block 0# is provided with transverse and vertical prestressed tendons at the partition and web. Shear prestressed steel bars are arranged in the closed section of the middle hole, and the middle is connected by connectors. In order to avoid unpredictable deflection, external prestressed holes and anchor pads are reserved for box girders.

The main girder is constructed by cantilever casting method with symmetrical hanging basket.

2. Bridge substructure

The main pier of Jiahua Bridge adopts thin-walled box single pier, which is rare in similar bridges in China. The main pier is made of C55 concrete. The width along the bridge is 7.0m, the width across the bridge (excluding the diversion tip) is 9.8m, and the wall thickness is 80cm and 100cm respectively. Both upstream and downstream are provided with water diversion ends. A partition board is arranged in the pier body, and an arc chamfer is arranged at the bottom of the pier. The side pier is made of C40 concrete, and its form is the same as that of the main pier. It is a single thin-walled pier with a width of 3.5m along the bridge direction and 9.8m across the bridge direction (excluding the diversion tip), and the wall thickness is 50cm and 60cm respectively. A partition board is arranged in the pier body. The pier is constructed by turnover formwork method.

technical innovation

(1) The pier of the main bridge adopts a thin-walled box pier which is rare in similar bridges in China. At the same time, water diversion points (anti-collision and diversion structures) are set on both sides of the pier, which are integrated with the pier.

(3) Strict construction management and strict construction monitoring are implemented, and measures such as parameter sensitivity analysis technology, reasonable pre-camber setting, identification and correction of key parameters, and jacking measures before closure are taken to ensure that the completed bridge line shape and internal force state meet the design requirements. The average closure accuracy of the whole bridge is 4mm (6mm upstream and 2mm downstream).

(4) Optimize the hanging basket technology, and make many improvements to the force transmission system, anchoring system and walking system of the hanging basket to minimize the impact of temporary construction load on the permanent structure.

(3) Optimize the construction organization design and construction technology.

(1) In the middle of the river with a water depth of 3-5m and a flow velocity of 2m/ s, earth-rock cofferdams are used for construction, and reinforced cages are used to cut off the river in advance, so as to overcome the influence of scouring and stagnant water on the lateral pressure of the weir body; It has achieved ideal water-stopping effect and is a successful example in similar foundation construction.

(2) The cap adopts the one-time pouring technology of mass concrete (h=6.5m, V = 4,500m3), the internal temperature measuring system of "Yuhuan mass concrete one-way communication" and the thermal insulation and curing technology of warm water storage concrete, which ensures the pouring quality of mass concrete.

(3) Optimize the formwork technology, with the maximum cantilever casting weight reaching 322t and the maximum cantilever casting height reaching14.80 m..
