If illegal activities such as selling, smoking, and injecting drugs are discovered within the premises, they should be stopped, reported to the public security organs in a timely manner, and assisted in the investigation and evidence collection by the public security organs. Article 15 It is strictly prohibited to illegally cultivate opium poppy, marijuana and other original drug plants; those that have been illegally planted will be forcibly eradicated.

Any unit or individual who discovers the illegal cultivation of opium poppy, marijuana and other drug raw plants should report it to the local township (town) people's government or public security agency in a timely manner. Article 16: Smuggling, selling, transporting, manufacturing and illegal possession of drugs is prohibited. Article 17 It is prohibited to illegally buy, transport, carry, store, and use drug-derived plants (including shells, leaf lipids, and seeds) and their seeds or seedlings.
