Second, strengthen self-study and improve relevant systems.

Building a high-quality team is the guarantee for us to better serve our classmates. Expand the function, make the student union organization more scientific and work more efficiently. At the beginning of the establishment of this student union, the teachers trained all the students' union cadres. Through training, we have enhanced our ability to serve our classmates. At the same time, we have also formulated deduction rules to refine the daily deduction of some students so that teachers and students can refer to them more intuitively.

The third is to enrich the forms of activities and innovate working methods.

Over the past year, our traditional activities have been carried out one after another, welcoming 13 freshmen and recruiting freshmen. The sports meeting of management school has achieved good results and made progress compared with the past.

We seem to see the brand-new future and vigorous hope of large-scale student unions. In the past six months, all the members of the student union have United as one, sharing weal and woe. The first part is the work review.

I. Overview of working ideas:

I will devote myself to further strengthening the communication between departments and students, reflecting their voices and representing their rights and interests. 2. "Combination of two points" means that the work of the student union should be "combined with key work" and "combined with the characteristics of current affairs".

First: "Combine key work".

The work of the student union should focus on the key work of the college and have a sense of the overall situation. In the first half of the year, our college took "sports meeting", "scientific and technological activities" and "study style construction" as its key work. Students from all majors actively cooperated with the key work of the college and constantly strengthened the self-management education function of students, which was affirmed by the department.

Second: "Combine the characteristics of current events."

It means that the work of the student union should be closely combined with the background of current affairs and carry out activities according to the situation. In the past six months, all kinds of students have worked hard to improve the political level of student cadres, care about the national economy and people's livelihood, pay attention to social development trends, implement major policies, grasp the mainstream of students, guide the development of students' quality, and strive to become propagandists, practitioners and promoters of student cadres. For example, in response to the call of the Beijing Municipal Committee to "get off the net, get out of the dormitory and go to the playground", I organized a series of cultural and sports activities such as "basketball match" and achieved good results.

3. "Three major constructions" are the three highlights of our work innovation, namely "system construction, cultural construction and cadre construction".

First: system construction.

After more than half a year's exploration, large-scale students have formed their own institutional system. Such as: the docking system of competent cadres, the quantitative assessment system of student cadres, the process system of student union activities, the office duty system, the financial expenditure process system of student union, the regular meeting and reporting system of student union, etc. Students' Union has also formed an operation system with the presidium as the core (members of the presidium are in charge of the office, organization department, learning department, culture and sports department, life department, girls' department, news department, external relations department and other departments), each of which performs its own duties and cooperates with each other.

Second: cultural construction.

In order to achieve the goal of building a brand student union and ensure the sustainable development of the student union, it is necessary to form its own culture. To this end, I have implemented three major projects in cultural construction, namely "emblem image project", "news propaganda project" and "youth activity project". In the "emblem image project", I collected and designed my own student union emblem, badge and uniform, and trained student cadres in basic image such as language and style. The "news propaganda project" focuses on the news department of our association, timely pushes the information of our association's activities and services on the construction of WeChat public platform, and actively interacts with the Youth League Committee, the Student Affairs Office, various departments and community platforms to serve all kinds of students.
